The room was clean, the AC worked. There is a washer and dryer at each floor if you need to do laundry and also vending machines are available to buy drinks. Filtered water and ice is also available at each floor. The location is amazing there is a McDonald within 5 minutes walk and the subway is only 3 minutes walk. Did not eat breakfast at the restaurant but had one lunch which was good for the price. Totally recommend.

S'ha quedat amb els nens

Second time staying here when visiting Kyoto. Hearton is excellent in many ways. Location is strategic for us: close enough to the transit system and yet far enough from the touristy areas. There are a LOT of neighborhood amenities though. 7-11 is just up the street. We also loved the restaurants around and the breakfast at the hotel (a little pricey though). The rooms are large compared to Tokyo. The staff was always so polite and welcoming. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Love this hotel.

Very convenient location, few mins to subway. Breakfast was very nice. I also borrow 3 pins to 2 pins adaptor from front desk. Will definitely consider this hotel next time.
