Fantàstic We had a wonderful stay! The location was one of the best parts—everything we wanted to see was easy to reach. We were able to walk or take a short train ride to Dotonbori, Umeda, Universal Studios Japan, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Osaka’s main attractions. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel made a great base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Fantàstic Perfect location + amazing breakfast!
Right above JR and subway stations — couldn’t be more convenient.
Had the best breakfast of our trip across Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka. The real-fruit kiwi smoothie with honey was a lifesaver for energy!
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Genial Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly but the property should keep more staff especially during breakfast hours when it gets busy. Amenities were great and steps from the subway which was ideal as well.

Fantàstic The room was incredibly clean and the staff were very helpful. Most nights there is a DJ in the lobby which made it a great place to relax at the end of a busy day.
