Very comfortable and clean. A bit on the small side but we managed. Great staff and even had hair tools to borrow and hair masks ect for free

Ok if you’re lookigg my for a budget-friendly stay in Osaka. However, it’s not within walking distance to any major sights or attractions, so you must take some form of transportation to get to places like Dotonburi or Osaka Castle. Also, the rooms are very tight without window views, so it’s fine for just sleeping. Although, lots of good food options nearby plus 7eleven and Lawson so you’ll never go hungry or run out of supplies while traveling. Staff was friendly and liked the laundry machines that were available onsite.

Was all fine - very surprised that they are unable to send luggage unless the receiver pays. Never seen this in my years and years of travelling throughout Japan. Very disappointing and wasted lots of time then having to find a Yamato... Breakfast was ok. All the bread/ pastries were packaged up so nothing fresh at all. Room and comfort as expected.
