Love room and has cooking set up! Very clean and spacious for solo traveller at this price!!! Bathroom is nice and has separated toilet area. Just one minor issue - there is hair on the bed sheets and also no extra amenities for bathing such as bathing powder.

Great location and very quiet. It's a short walk to Nijo station which is only a few stops from Kyoto station, and a slightly longer walk to Omiya station. They could do with better amenities on hand but there are two large stores nearby and konbini's at the top of the street if you need the essentials.

Small room. There's no more space other than a bed.
The window has no shade.
Huge bed. Pillows are the worse among all. Stain and bad smell. Couldn't use them.
Staff was nice. Quite. Two convenience stores around the corner. Bus stop is 2 minutes away.

Nice hotel with comfortable bedroom. Room had a fridge, microwave and kettle. Nice bathroom with separate toilet. You could also get coffee in the main reception. Had laundry facilities which was ideal

Might be better if the Hotel could provide door stopper for connecting door
