The staff were so accommodating and supportive. We arrived past midnight and they gave us a room before check in time. However, the beds and pillows were green with mold. So we transferred to another room and it was just so dirty. The bathroom sink dripped every time the faucet was on. The place needs a proper cleaning and renovation. Being in the rooms triggered my asthma symptoms. I had to cancel my 6 nights stay. The garden is okay. The pools are big. I can only thank the staff for being so understanding when we had to cancel our booking.

Per a negocis

The team are excellent at this calm hotel. Food good. External condition excellent. Location good. But bathrooms are very tired. Rooms need refitting. This could be an amazing place with a good make over of the internal parts of the rooms. But for the money it is great value. Pools are well maintained.

Great location in Kuta - close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Being in the location that it was obviously quite old, needs a refresh. Gardens and breakfast nice. Rooms could do with new linen.

A lovely old time Balinese hotel. Friendly staff who will do anything for you. Excellent breakfast. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but considering the cheap rates you can’t complain. I’ll definitely come back here.
