ウェルカムドリンクから始まり、非公開の和室部分見学の際の丁寧な説明、お部屋でのフリードリンク、ラウンジや展望ルームのインテリアや眺めなど、とても満足度の高いサービスでした。 スタッフの皆さんに明るく丁寧なコミュニケーションを取っていただけて良い滞在となりました。

チェックインからお部屋へのご案内も素晴らしく、お部屋も申し分なく最高に素敵でした。掃除ももちろん行き届いておりましたが、アメニティや調度品などすべてに細やかな心配りがされていて非常に快適に過ごせました。

If you can afford to splurge, this place is a treasure. Service like I’ve never experienced, and beautiful rooms and a great location. The restaurants are fancy French, also extremely good, but we didn’t dine in. This place is world-class.😊

A truly exceptional and unique hotel experience in the heart of Higashiyama. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special place to stay while in Kyoto. A worthwhile destination in its own right, and absolutely wonderful hospitality and service.
