Excellent one night stay

Good location, upgraded to a 1 bed suite on arrival for our 1 night stay. Room was large, clean and modern. Minor issues: the lifts take a long time to arrive. Multiple other guests made similar comments. The light switches in the rooms are trying to be too modern and therefore not straightforward. Finally, we visited the pool on two locations. Both times I noticed that the staff don’t keep on top of removing old towels/empty glasses. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again, but overall I would still recommend it.

Perfect place to enjoy sunny weather, pool is heated but not hot. Lovely to cool down. Hot tub is nice also, we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back. Sauna and steam room were immense and much needed after a stressful week. Ps I want to live here

Absolutely fantastic stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Anand at the front desk made us feel super special and organized a bottle of prosecco and upgrade to our room within seconds! The rooftop pool was stunning and I loved the styling of the room. Would 100% stay again.

Have chosen to stay a number of times in the past through work. Paid a premium to stay this time and felt like a lot was missing and expected standard was not delivered. Firstly, Good points - mid-level room meant we had a great view of Battersea dogs home, with dogs being taken for walks and play, a lot of fun to watch; When we did check in later in the day, our bags had been placed in our room for us - a nice touch; Shower is very good, Rooftop bar was excellent, Location fantastic However… As a Radisson premium member I often actively choose to stay in Radisson hotel because the rewards benefits are very good. However, on this occasion: -Messaged the hotel in advance of our stay and was ignored. -No early check in available. -No late check out available. -No room upgrade Throughout the stay, the hotel facilities were restricted/limited. - downstairs restaurant and bar was closed for private function Saturday; Joia restaurant and bar was closed. -The room was disappointing, showing signs of wear and tear and several faults: -Air con control panel was very temperamental, would trigger itself and beep loudly randomly. -The wardrobe internal light was continuously triggering - very disturbing as it kept lighting up through the cracks in the doors throughout the night -The TV casting function was not working at all across any device or platform. -One can of water for two people Staining on yellow chair, marks over walls. Overall, not sure we would stay again.

everything was great except for housekeeping which for some reason did not want to service my room (and it was not messy) but I was there for a week and despite calls, never changed the sheets?! and never left facecloths and didn't refill the toileteries, the little pot with cotton buds etc was open and used from the last guest. Truly bizarre, i did talk to the manager when I left and they said they would reach out but not heard anything yet.

Excellent hotel and staff. Room met expectations. Only disappointment was that the pool area had been booked for a private party Thursday evening so unable to use it then.

I love how clean the rooms are, how fast the room service goes I enjoyed the outdoor pool too
