I’ve stayed here many times and thought it was outstanding. The hotel was recently purchased by Hilton so let’s hope it stays that way.

Everything about it is perfect. We had a beautiful view of the neo-classical façade of the Royal Opera House, and walked to the British Museum and several theatres. The staff was excellent and shared the history of the building and reading recommendations in the elegant library
