Our room was fabulous, the concierge couldn’t have been more helpful & breakfast was excellent, as was our dinner in Hispania. All of the staff were excellent but the staff in Hispania were exceptional.

We loved this charming hotel , it’s quintessentially English interiors and it’s perfect location for shopping , museums, restaurants and gardens. The only issue we faced was the lack of response after 9 pm at the front desk and having to repeatedly ask for our complimentary water in the rooms. It was still worth it and I would go back there on every trip to London. A shout out to the front desk attendant Ashviti , hope I’m spelling her name right. She was helpful, attentive and with an overall lovely demeanor. Preeti Bhutani.

Lovely room with fluffy towels and a great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with tea brought in a teapot very rare to find! Quiet and relaxing hotel, very rarely would I return to a London hotel but I’m heading there next time. Staff were 1st class.
