We stayed for 7 nights as a family of four with a toddler and had a great experience. Staff was super helpful and accommodating of our requests. Kids loved renting the games and the Polaroid camera. Very clean facilities.

Great stay in 41Pieces Sapporo! Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff and the hotel was near all the tourist attractions around Sapporo.

It was a really convenient location and you could walk to pretty much everything in central Sapporo or get to public transportation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a unique layout with bunk beds and my family of 5 young adults/adults thought the beds were really comfortable and accessible. It was clean and had free toiletries and towels to exchange readily available. The only downfall was there are no on-sight laundry facilities. There is a public laundromat about 15+ minute walk away, carrying your laundry.

The rooms were extremely spacious and the location is within walking distance to Susukino and the Odori Park subway station. The staff were also extremely helpful and great with our requests. We also borrowed sake cups and vinyls, little perks that made our hotel stay feel like a cosy home stay.
Will definitely recommend 41 Pieces to couples and families!

Overall the room was clean. The kitchen is very compact but has all the necessary equipments (stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle) and tools. They were well maintained. Also, additional items like drip coffee set can be rented from the front. Staff are very kind and responsive. There are convenient stores and drug stores nearby. The only issue was some foul odor in the bathroom (shower) sewage that required the fan turned on at all times.
