Lovely and clean throughout Reception staff excellent Bit of a distance to the room via 2 lifts So make the hotel aware if you have any mobility issues. Served flat Champagne when ordered by the glass by it was corrected. Minor issues, but should be correct for the calibre of this property and company. Great / best position to enjoy the city. Would stay again comments for guidance not complaint.

This is truly a five star hotel and experience. The location is perfect - so many stores and restaurants in walking distance and very easy tram system next to hotel (our first time using tram and wonderful way to get around, Bordeaux is huge). The staff are wonderful and provide high level service throughout your stay. Breakfast buffet is outstanding with great service and variety. Spa is special. Definitely recommend highly.

We had the 1-bedroom suite. It came with two full bathrooms and super spacious. Room is beautifully decorated with separation curtains. We love it! And it is right at the center plaza opposite the opera house!

Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel.

The room was beautiful. Very comfortable bedding. Excellent amenities. The valet staff were very efficient and easy to access. The plumbing needs a bit of updating. The tall tub wall made getting into the shower a little difficult. (We’re healthy but 62.) And the water surged hot and then cool. Our adult son was in a different room and did not experience what we did.
