We have stayed at the hôtel several times in recent months and cannot fault the standard of service or cleanliness of the entire hotel. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms are bright, airy and spotlessly clean. Our go to place in Bordeaux for a relaxing stay and so close to tram and main shopping areas. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very informative and goes out of one’s way to assist.
Property provides in lobby coffee maker with all sorts of hot drinks and even flat or sparkling water.
Centrally located to everything one needs to see.
Very happy with our stay.

A beautiful, clean hotel with a wonderful staff. Convenient, quiet location located near tram lines B & C, with quick access to tram A making it really easy to get anywhere in the city.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
I had the breakfast the morning of my departure and it was fresh and delicious! The air conditioning was wonderful!
I would definitely stay here again!

Fantàstic This is an excellent choice for reasonably priced, high quality accommodation in the centre of Bordeaux. Extremely clean and comfortable with air conditioning that works - much needed when the outside temperature reaches 37 degrees Celsius

Modern property that has been recently renovated. The room was extremely comfortable, with modern air conditioning that worked perfectly during the heat wave, something that is surprisingly hard to find in France. The building also has an elevator, which was very convenient.
The best part is the location. The hotel is right next to the train station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. Most attractions are within 10 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away.
The breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient throughout our stay. Their service made us feel very welcome.

Super convenient location to public transport at Quinconces Parc. The Garonne river, many restaurants, and several must see sites are within easy walking distance. Hotel is very clean, has modern rooms with AC, and staff was friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again!
