They changed our room types upon check in. It is not bad to have connected room but it is not what we booked. Room was ok, staffs were friendly but no real room service or food options available, we had to go out again for the dinner.

Very well presented rooms, immediately opposite Bordeaux St Jean train station. Restaurants and bars nearby that are open very late if you’re arriving after 10pm.
