Our tour guide Effy was amazing! She had a lot of knowledge of the area and great maps of each area. The views and food were amazing. I definitely recommend this tour. Don’t forget to take yen with you.

It was my first experience with klook and I couldn't be happier. Even if it was rainy the whole day, we could enjoy the itinerary as described thanks to Effy. She was amazing, she explained everything and was always ready to answer other questions and doubts. I would totally recommend 🌱

Va ser la primera vegada que participava en una excursió d'un dia de KLOOK, i des del principi vaig sentir la professionalitat del guia turístic, el Sr. Liu Du. Va alternar entre el xinès, l'anglès i el japonès per a les explicacions (parlava amb una elegància i un temperament molt locals). Durant el viatge, es va preocupar i va cuidar molt els membres del grup, explicant-ho tot amb gran detall. També va ser molt clar amb els horaris de pujada i baixada del vehicle i la gestió del temps. Al mirador del llac Biwa, ens va recomanar agafar el segon tram del telefèric fins a la part superior per gaudir d'una vista de 360 graus, i també ens va suggerir tastar el bistec d'Omi, etc. Tot això ens va deixar records meravellosos de Kyoto. Gràcies, Sr. Liu Du, i gràcies, KLOOK, per un viatge tan fantàstic. Esperem trobar-nos de nou la propera vegada!

Wonderful day trip to the Miho Museum Our bus trip to the Miho Museum was one of the highlights of our time in Kyoto. Kangfu was both our driver and our guide, and he did a great job at both. He drove safely and comfortably, and he made the day easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The itinerary was perfect: not too long, not too short. We had enough time to enjoy the museum without feeling rushed, and we were back without being worn out. Thank you, Kangfu, for a memorable day. We'd happily recommend this trip to anyone visiting Kyoto.

El dia abans de l'excursió d'un dia, vam rebre un correu electrònic de la nostra guia, la Sun Jiaxue (Yuki), amb l'itinerari detallat, les precaucions, el lloc de trobada i la informació de contacte. Com que el grup era d'unes 20 persones, aquesta vegada vam viatjar en autocar. Tant a l'inici de l'excursió com poc abans d'arribar a la destinació, la guia Yuki va explicar detalladament tot el necessari i les precaucions a tenir en compte, i ens va enviar recordatoris per Line sobre els detalls de l'itinerari i els punts de recollida. Primera parada: Museu Miho, el paradís amagat de I.M. Pei. Qualsevol persona que estudiï arquitectura ha de vi experimentar com el mestre va integrar el disseny arquitectònic amb la planificació de l'entorn. El dinar anava a càrrec nostre; val la pena provar les boles d'arròs i el tofu del restaurant del centre de bitllets (fotos 1-3). Segona parada: Hiyoshi Taisha al mont Hiei, el santuari principal de més de 3.800 santuaris Hieda, Hiyoshi i Sanno al Japó, conegut per tenir els micos com a missatgers dels déus (foto 4). Tercera parada: Gran torii al llac Biwa al Santuari Shirahige, la llegenda més propera als déus (fotos 5-6). Moltes gràcies per al servei d'avui de la guia Yuki i del conductor, que han fet que la nostra família de quatre persones gaudisca d'una experiència molt profitosa.

This tour does not include the Biwako Valley ropeway tickets, but you can buy them on Klook, which is cheaper than buying them on-site. If you choose to board at Kyoto Station and get off at Osaka Station, your luggage can be stored on the tour bus. Look for staff wearing yellow vests with "gogoday" to check in. Tour guide Zhang Yanjin was extremely nice 👍 He drove smoothly, provided just the right amount of information, and kindly answered all our questions. I felt the time allocated for each stop was well planned. Also, thank you to all the fellow travelers who joined today—even though there were only 8 of us, everyone was quite punctual! ✅ I recommend renting an audio guide at Miho Museum ✅ (The last photo of Shirahige Shrine was edited because of bad weather 🤣)

Our tour guide was Ms. Effy Ya-fei, who speaks Mandarin, English, and Japanese. She was very patient with our questions, and her communication was clear and well-organized. She thoughtfully sent an email before departure with her contact information, and on the day of the tour, she kept us updated via a messaging app group. Before arriving at each attraction, she would give us helpful tips on what to look out for. We were all very satisfied with the arrangements 👍🏻

Today, due to the holiday, there were heavy crowds and severe traffic congestion. Fortunately, the weather was clear and the scenic beauty far exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Yafei, gave us detailed introductions on the bus in advance regarding the cultural history, local cuisine, and great photo spots for each attraction, which was extremely helpful. Despite the heavy traffic, the guide continuously communicated with the driver to estimate our arrival time and constantly kept us updated on the estimated arrival times and duration of our visits, allowing us to adjust our expectations accordingly. She was very dedicated and responsible. As for the scenery, Lake Biwa is truly stunning with its sparkling waters. Exploring, checking in, and taking photos on the mountain yielded amazing pictures. We experienced both the cable car and the Sky Bridge; the scenery on the mountain was pleasant and expansive, and we had a wonderful time. The only thing to note is that it is windy at the top of the mountain, so it is best to wear a windbreaker and long pants to avoid getting cold. Due to the traffic jams, we only had half an hour to explore and shop at our last stop, La Collina Omihachiman. The tour guide efficiently led us quickly to the cake factory at the very back, allowing us to catch the core scenery just before sunset. The experience was still quite good overall. Generally speaking, thanks to the clear weather and comfortable temperatures, this trip greatly exceeded expectations. The only minor drawback was the traffic, which compressed the time available at each attraction, making it feel a bit like a rushed "special forces" style tour, and the return trip was a bit late. However, overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable time. Special thanks to our dedicated tour guide Yafei, and to the experienced and smooth driver who warmly greeted each of us when getting on and off the bus and helped us with our luggage!
