We had such a wonderful experience on the cruise. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with my elderly parents, safety and comfort were very important to us, and the whole crew made us feel well taken care of throughout the trip. The activities, scenery, and overall atmosphere made the tour truly unforgettable. Everything was well-organized, relaxing, and enjoyable for all ages. My parents especially appreciated how kind and patient the staff were, which made them feel safe and comfortable the entire time. This is definitely an experience worth trying at least once. The beautiful views, great service, and peaceful cruise made it one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for families, especially those traveling with seniors.

It is actually crucial that the insurance is already included in the package. The river cruise was pleasant and the night view is great. We have witnessed how the Dragon Bridge blasted water, although sadly, there was no fire due to technical difficulties. The dance performance is also a delight, plus the water and fruits.

La nostra excursió d'un dia a Ba Na Hills va ser un dels moments més destacats del nostre viatge a Vietnam i va valer absolutament cada cèntim! La nostra guia turística, Han, va ser excepcional. Era coneixedora, amable i va proporcionar informació excel·lent sobre Ba Na Hills durant tot el dia. Va mantenir el grup ben organitzat i es va assegurar que tothom tingués una gran experiència. Ba Na Hills en si és impressionant. Vam tenir la sort d'experimentar tant un sol radiant al matí com la boira màgica que va aparèixer a la tarda després d'una tempesta, oferint-nos dues vistes completament diferents però igualment impressionants. El trajecte en telefèric va ser espectacular, oferint un paisatge panoràmic inoblidable. El dinar bufet indi al restaurant Bharata va ser una altra sorpresa agradable. El menjar era deliciós, amb una excel·lent varietat de plats que ens van fer sentir com a casa. En general, aquesta excursió va oferir paisatges increïbles, una gran organització, menjar deliciós i una hospitalitat excepcional. Un agraïment especial a Han per fer la nostra visita tan memorable.

Amazing experience when u enter the spa you look like you transported to another place the ambiance was amazing. the staff was very friendly and welcoming they assisted us right away the reception staff went up to our room make sure we have a nice and relaxed pressure 5mins that we want. the massage therapist was so friendly the room was quiet and have a relaxing music. i fell asleep while they doing a massage. highly recommended and we definitely go back again once we have vietnam vacation. thanks to our massage therapist Trang BT and Thaānh BL we have a great time.

Alpine Coaster at Ba Na Hills was one of the most exciting parts of my visit. The ride was fun and gave an incredible adrenaline rush while still feeling safe and well-controlled. The controls were easy to use, so you can adjust your speed depending on how adventurous you want to be, but o though it was controlled and we had only the break that could be done manually. We did all 3 rides. I would definitely recommend trying the Alpine Coaster if you enjoy adventure and scenic rides.

The Klook tickets for Bana Hills were easy to use. we had the QR CODES on the app instantly. when you get to Bana Hills they just scan your QR CODE. we got the tickets with entry, buffet, WOW PASS and alpine coaster. The cable car ride had great views and was nice and pieceful. think the longest 1 took around 20 mins. We didn’t get to Bana hills untill about 11:30 so we didn’t really need the WOW PASS as there wasn’t too many line ups by the time we got there. but I would think that it would be useful if you go earlier in the morning. We thought that the buffet lunch was quite ok for the price with a fair few different choices. the alpine coaster wasn’t scary but it gave a good view. we didn’t realise until later that I think there was 3 different alpine coasters. it’s unbelievable that they have built all of this up on mountain tops. We were there for 5-6 hours. we saw pretty much everything but did not get bored. a extra couple of hours would’ve been good. We had a great day

El bufet internacional de dinar al restaurant Four Seasons era deliciós. Gràcies, Ba Na Hills, ens ho vam passar molt bé i tenim previst tornar aviat. Pujar al telefèric durant 20 minuts va ser una mica estressant, però molt memorable. 🫶

Simply unforgettable! I recommend that You stay there to best enjoy everything. There’s so much to see, do, eat and shop. There are activities at every corner. Such a fun place. Must Go! Sun World is huge and try to go in early because the last cable car is at 4.30pm. Book a shuttle bus to help you ferry from place to place.

We booked the “Absorb the fresh air with mud bath” package on Klook and redemption was easy. We combined it with Hoa Phu Thanh Tourist Area rafting in the morning and arrived around 12:30pm, with plenty of time to explore. The park is larger than it looks and spread across a hillside, so shuttle buggies are needed to get around. The hot springs are decent but don’t feel fully naturally heated. We came mainly for the mud bath and jacuzzi, which was the highlight. First a 5–10 min warm jacuzzi, then a semi-private stone mud tub. No strict time limit, but we stayed ~30 mins before it got boring and the mud cooled. Rinsing off is messy. Food is affordable (fries ~30k VND, drinks ~25k VND). Toilets and showers were clean with basic amenities provided. Lockers use a bracelet system—staff assign it and you tap to open, which is convenient. Downsides: communal slippers felt worn and not very clean. Location is remote, and getting a Grab back is difficult, so arrange transport in advance.
