Excursió d'un dia a Ba Na Hills i al Pont Daurat des de Da Nang

We had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with the entire organization of the trip. Everything was smooth from start to finish Our guide was fantastic. He knew exactly where to take us, even helping us avoid some of the queues, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Although Ba Na Hills has plenty of signs, it’s still difficult to navigate quickly because the area is so large. Having a guide who led us directly to the most interesting spots saved us a lot of time and allowed us to see much more. On top of that, he took excellent photos for us! One of the biggest advantages was leaving early. We arrived before most of the crowds, so many of the most popular locations were almost empty, making the experience and the photos so much better. We highly recommend starting at 7:00 AM—or even earlier, around 6:00AM if possible Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Ba Na Hills. it was a fantastic day, Our guide Windy was fantastic, perfect English and taught us some Vietnamese aswell, the park itself is very impressive and the views are stunning, the ski lifts are quick and offer outstanding views of Da Nang our guide made sure that everyone in the group got a picture together at the golden bridge, we had plenty of time in the park to ourselves after the tour, I would recommend you visiting if your in the area. plenty to see and do for all ages.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Mr. Phong! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. He shared interesting information about the places we visited, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. One thing we really appreciated was how he took the time to teach us some Vietnamese words along the way. It made the tour more interactive, fun, and gave us a better appreciation of the local culture. Mr. Phong was patient, approachable, and always checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying every stop on the tour. He regularly asked if we were having a good time and if we were enjoying each destination, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the trip. Thank you, Mr. Phong, for making our trip such a great experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent, engaging, and thoughtful tour guide!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bao Thang was an excellent tour guide. He was very punctual and contacted us one day before the tour to provide the necessary information. His directions were always clear, and he communicated very well in English. He managed participants from different tour packages smoothly and professionally. I especially appreciated that he always gave us suitable choices while allowing us to make the final decision based on our own preferences. Bao Thang also has very good photography skills and helped us capture many beautiful memories throughout the trip. The other tour members were cooperative and friendly, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Five stars for Bao Thang for his professionalism, helpfulness and excellent service!

Amazing experience! If you're into design/architecture, you'll enjoy this. Also great for kids! The cable car ride is so worth it! Great amusement rides too! Our tour guide, Phong ("Windy"), was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited. He spoke English fluently, making communication easy and enjoyable, and went above and beyond to ensure our senior parents were comfortable and well cared for throughout the tour. His professionalism, patience, and warm personality made the entire experience even more memorable. El nostre grup anava en un autobús de mida mitjana, amb un total de 15 persones. El guia turístic era molt professional i parlava un anglès molt fluid. Quan vam arribar a Ba Na Hills, tots vam comprar el wow pass, i el guia, que coneixia bé el lloc, ens va portar per dreceres, evitant totes les cues. Després de pujar amb el telefèric a la zona principal del parc, el guia ens va donar tres hores de temps lliure i després ens vam preparar per baixar. De fet, per un parc tan gran, tres hores, incloent-hi el temps per menjar, són realment insuficients. Sentim que és una mica una llàstima haver fet un viatge tan llarg per tan poc temps. El bufet lliure de luxe inclòs en aquest paquet és molt poc recomanable. El seu preu real és d'uns 350 a 400 dòlars taiwanesos, així que no espereu una gran qualitat. El restaurant és molt gran, hi ha molta, molta gent, i sembla que la majoria són vietnamites. Vam veure molta gent amb xancletes o amb els peus directament sobre les cadires, i nens corrent i fent soroll. L'ambient general no era gaire bo. Recomanaria no comprar aquest bufet; la qualitat del menjar és baixa i menjar-hi és una pèrdua de temps. Estalvieu els diners, mengeu alguna cosa lleugera al parc i guanyeu més temps per visitar les exposicions i les atraccions, que és més pràctic.

La meva família i jo vam passar una estona increïble a Ba Na Hills! El Pont Daurat era absolutament impressionant, i el trajecte en telefèric oferia unes vistes espectaculars. El nostre guia, en Thang, va ser molt amable i ens va ajudar a fer tantes fotos boniques que atresorarem per sempre. També estava molt ben informat i es va assegurar que tot el grup se sentís atès. Recomano molt aquesta excursió per a famílies que visitin Da Nang!

Primera vegada a Ba Na Hills amb tota la família, amb gent gran i nens. Reservar l'excursió facilita molt les coses. El nostre guia, Huu Hang, em va contactar un dia abans per l'hora de recollida i què havíem de preparar. Hang va estar atent a les nostres necessitats, des d'ajudar la meva mare gran que té dificultats per caminar fins a aconseguir-nos menjar. Recomano molt obtenir el passi prioritari WOW per saltar-se les cues del telefèric i per menjar. Vam passar una estona meravellosa.

Va ser un dia fantàstic a Ba Na Hills, assistits pel molt professional i servicial Phong. Va fer un esforç addicional per ajudar el grup a baixar el turó malgrat el caos a causa de la forta pluja. Vaig passar un dia fantàstic i vaig gaudir molt de l'excursió.
