Autobús de Da Nang a Ba Na Hills

I booked the bus transfer from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills through Klook, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The booking process was super easy and hassle-free. The bus was clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable — just what I needed for a relaxing ride. The pickup was right on time, and the staff was friendly and professional. It made getting to Ba Na Hills incredibly convenient without worrying about transportation or navigation. Definitely great value for money, and I would highly recommend booking through Klook for a smooth and enjoyable journey!

탁월한 선택이었어요. 혼자 여행이라 그랩 부르기도 그렇고 승용차 선택하기도 그렇고, 날씨 때문에 변경도 불가하고 그래서 고민 중에 셔틀버스를 발견했어요. 안내도 정확하고 차량 사진까지 보내주시니 너무 만족스러웠어요. 비예보가 있지만 저는 출발을 결정했고 매표소에서 입장권 사서 지도 보면서 충분히 자유롭게 관광했답니다. 남는 시간은 (점심은 안 먹고 ) 나눠주는 맥주쿠폰으로 맥주 마시면서 보냈어요. 10시 - 6시 선택했는데 딱 좋았어요.

Chose the pick up at Ala Carte hotel. The bus arrived early and it was already there when i arrived at 8:15am. The operator whatsapp me at 7+am to confirm that i will be taking the bus, and again later to confirm that i have boarded the bus. Definitely take this bus if you are making a day trip to Bana Hills.

The service was on time and they will message you the day before. The location is easy to find too, good thing it's in front of my hotel so I have no problem with it. Best thing also is if you arrive early on the meet up location, you get to enjoy My Khe beach which is in front only of the meeting location if you choose Hai An Hotel.

이용요금도 꿀이었고 더욱 감탄한것은 대형버스의 이동경로를 시시각각으로 알려주었고 도착시간전에 알림서비스는 미리 탑승을 준비할 여유시간을 주었으며 버스의 대기장소와 출발시간전에 알림 덕분에 정확한 시간에 서두르지 않고 버스를 찾아서 탑승하여 안전하게 돌아올수 있었다. 버스 탑승후에도 승차여부를 알려달라는 메세지를 보낼 정도로 고객의 안전과 편의성에 신경을 쓰 준 점 감사드립니다.

Thank you for pick us on time. For the pick up point and drop off point I chose Hai An Hotel. Ensure reach on time designated location. The driver was friendly and remind us to reach to entrance before 5.30 pm. You may also come earlier so, you could take a quick walk 🚶‍♀️ to the beach just opposite of Hai An Beach Hotel

Overall, the experience was good, but there were some issues with communication that caused unnecessary confusion. The booking process was straightforward, and the agent did a great job updating us with most of the trip details. However, the departure location for the return trip was not updated in a timely manner. This resulted in confusion and a bit of stress as we were unsure where to catch the bus back to Da Nang. While we eventually found our way, clearer and more timely communication regarding the exact departure location would have made the experience smoother. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future travelers.

easy and cheap transfer to Ba Na Hills. Initially thought it was too much time between pick up and drop off however it was the perfect amount of time if you want to do the Alpine coaster plus explore fantasy world
