Thoroughly enjoyable hop on hop off tram experience. A good way to get a quick tour with some history to the city and its main sites. The redemption of the tickets at the office was simple and smooth. Commentary by the driver was informative and entertaining. Defintiely recommend trying this for first timers to Christchurch!

L'activitat d'observació de balenes es va cancel·lar a causa del mal temps, però el guia semblava tenir poca experiència i no va poder organitzar un pla alternatiu a temps i completar-lo. Quan ens aturàvem pel camí, tampoc va dir l'hora de trobada, però per sort la gent del grup era força bona i no es va endarrerir. El guia va fer una petita introducció durant el trajecte. Hi havia una persona al grup que no entenia el xinès, però el guia gairebé no va utilitzar l'anglès per atendre'l.

We had a wonderful private tour to Akaroa and the alpaca farm from Christchurch. Although it was more pricey, the private tour was absolutely worth it. The highlight of the trip was definitely the alpaca farm. We had plenty of time to feed, pat, and take photos with the alpacas, and we also learned a lot about these gentle animals from the informative session. Our driver & guide Zhen was friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the day. We especially appreciated how safely and smoothly he navigated the winding hill roads to the alpaca farm, which made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. The tour was well organised and relaxed, giving us enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Christchurch and looking for a memorable day out.

We booked a Queenstown to Christchurch transfer tour for June 26th. From the start, communication was seamless; the reception team quickly answered all pre-trip questions and sent helpful safety reminders. Everything was perfectly well-prepared. The driving was exceptionally safe. Our morning guide was high-energy, sharing great local stories. The guides clearly love their jobs and the NZ landscape, taking us to secret viewpoints with plenty of photo time. Their boss even called ahead during the trip to check road conditions after recent snow—a thoughtful touch. They also saved our day at Mt Cook by providing ice spikes when we realized our running shoes weren't enough, alongside water and snacks. The transition to the next leg was seamless. The lady who took over was highly responsible, ensuring we forgot nothing and waiting with us. Finally, our Christchurch driver safely dropped everyone off right at their respective hotels on time. Using the Klook Pass New Zealand was one of the best decisions during my trip. It turned out to be a big money saver. I wanted to do several activities but was worried about the weather. Fortunately, the pass offers flexible cancellation, which made planning much easier. For example, I cancelled my Glowworm Cave tour two days in advance and rebooked another time when the weather was better. The booking and cancellation process was very quick and simple. I used the pass for Shotover Jet in Queenstown, whale watching in Kaikōura, and the Glowworm Cave in Rotorua. Overall, the savings were significant—it basically felt like one activity was free. The only thing to keep in mind is making sure you use all the activities before leaving New Zealand and check the weather so you can adjust your bookings if needed. If you’re planning to do multiple activities, this pass is definitely worth it and saves a lot of money.

Was an awesome tour to see the dolphins! The captain also gives good information about Akaroa as well. Would recommend taking sea sick tablets if you get motion sickness or sea sick though to make your time more enjoyable.

This tour is highly recommended! Especially in autumn 🍂, the trees along the banks gradually turn red, and there are groups of cute ducklings and Canadian geese. The boatman provides commentary on the history and attractions along the way, which is very informative! It's an activity suitable for the whole family.
