가족들과 함께 까만사파리를 방문했습니다 자카르타 중심부에서 픽업시간은 7:30에 했으며 정시에 바로 출발했습니다 가이드님은 Shoimul Anwar 이었습니다 유쾌하시면서도 친절했습니다 무료로 당근을 받았으며, 바나나 수박등은 별도로 구매하였습니다. 사파리까지는 두시간 정도 걸려서 도착 바로 자동차 사파리를 진행했습니다 먹이를 주면서 진행했으며 아주 즐거운 경험이었습니다 가이드님의 안내사항에 맞춰 코끼리쇼 돌고래쇼 판다까지 보았습니다 하루만에 둘러보기에는 너무 넓은 곳이었네요 가이드 님덕분에 즐겁게 일정을 마칠수 있었습니다 추천합니다!

Sens dubte, el millor tour per l'illa de Bali, moltes gràcies a ADEN & JENA! La fotografia d'Adam és fantàstica. Va triar angles genials per als penya-segats i les postes de sol, i va fer fotos de parella precioses per al nostre viatge d'aniversari. Ens encanten totes les fotos tan valuoses que va capturar. Jena va oferir una guia de snorkel molt professional. Va explicar les normes de seguretat clarament, va revisar el nostre equip amb cura i ens va acompanyar a l'aigua per nedar amb seguretat amb les mantes gegants. El viatge en iot de luxe va ser meravellós. Totes les entrades, l'equip de snorkel, els àpats i l'assegurança estan inclosos. El punt de vista extra amagat per a la posta de sol oferia vistes increïbles. Els trasllats van ser puntuals i tot estava ben organitzat. Recomano molt reservar aquest tour amb ADEN & JENA!

Our Mt. Batur jeep tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! Everything was perfectly organized, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver, Oman. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire journey.On top of being a fantastic driver, Oman is an amazing photographer! He knew all the best angles and spots to capture the perfect sunrise shots, leaving us with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. If you are planning a trip to Mt. Batur, we highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Oman!

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

El proveïdor local va ser molt puntual i ens va recollir a l'hotel a les 11:00 per portar-nos a una cabana prop del volcà per passar-hi una nit! Després d'una breu presentació de l'itinerari, vam fer el check-in a la cabana, que era bastant neta i tenia un entorn excel·lent! El primer dia, després d'esmorzar a les set del matí, vam sortir amb cotxe. El guia local no va prendre la iniciativa de fer-se fotos amb nosaltres en cap moment, i tampoc ens va atendre gaire pel camí. Com que alguns de nosaltres teníem menys resistència física, vam haver de pujar sols. Vam observar que altres guies propers sí que oferien ajuda. A més, el nostre equipament de càmping era bastant deficient! No teníem taula ni cadires! No hi havia taula per sopar! Ni cadires per gaudir de la bellesa de la posta de sol! Però vam veure que altres equips sí que tenien taules i cadires. Per tant, vam quedar molt decebuts! Tot i així, haver aconseguit arribar al cim va ser molt gratificant!

This was the first time my friend and I visited East Java and we chose the Klook tour organized by JVTO. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free holiday. Tour was well planned with some flexibility to cater to personal interests. Quality of accomodation was good for the price. Driver was safe and skillful. Guides were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to others especially if you are keen to explore the amazing volcanoes and waterfalls in the region.

The driver arrived timely at 2am. They communicate via WhatsApp too. Young driver and good skills! The issue was only the car which was infested with cockroaches.. killed a few and quite annoying! The transfer for the jeep ride was also smooth. Toilets which are available belongs to residents in the area which were old sch & filthy. I controlled my bladder till we reached the cafe abt 7hrs later. Many other drivers dbl up as photographers clicking more than 100+ shots. Ours we had few picts taken during sunrise & more were captured at the black lava. The weather was chilling while waiting for sunrise abt 2hrs. Better to bring shawl or jackets! The view was great. A resident there at the point sells cup noodles etc to warm yourselves! Throughout the trip it was as advertised! Sceneries were awesome! Reached our hotel abt 2pm! Should try it at least once for the experience.

Una experiència realment fantàstica, l'Abdul va ser un guia increïble. Com a persona que no sap nedar, ens va ajudar molt. Vam veure molts peixos, vam tenir la sort de veure tortugues i també estàtues. Les fotos de la GoPro de l'Abdul també van quedar increïbles.
