Reservar a través de Klook va ser una experiència increïblement fluida de principi a fi. La confirmació instantània em va donar tranquil·litat, i bescanviar el val al lloc va ser tan senzill com mostrar un codi QR al meu telèfon, cosa que em va permetre evitar completament les llargues cues de taquilla. La plataforma no només era fàcil d'utilitzar, sinó que el preu també era més competitiu que comprar-ho in situ. Les instruccions proporcionades eren clares i precises, fent que tot el procés fos sense estrès i eficient. Recomanaria molt utilitzar aquest servei a qualsevol persona que vulgui estalviar temps i diners en la seva pròxima activitat.

Avui he fet el creuer Statue of Liberty Express a Nova York i, sincerament, ha estat una gran decisió. Inicialment, estava confós entre aquest i el ferri gratuït de Staten Island, però després de veure alguns vídeos de YouTube, em vaig adonar que aquest creuer oferiria vistes molt millors i més properes de l'Estàtua de la Llibertat, i així va ser. Vaig pagar uns 25 dòlars, que crec que valen totalment la pena. Com que vaig viatjar un dia feiner a la tarda, el ferri estava sorprenentment menys ple, cosa que em va donar molt espai i temps per fer fotos sense presses. El creuer està molt ben mantingut i té diverses opcions de seients. Hi ha una coberta superior oberta amb vistes impressionants de l'horitzó, a més de cobertes interiors per a les persones que volen mantenir-se calentes durant el temps més fred. El guia també va ser excel·lent: molt divertit, informatiu i va explicar molt bé l'horitzó de Nova York i els llocs d'interès propers. Tot el viatge va durar uns 45-50 minuts. Còmode, pintoresc i, sens dubte, amb una bona relació qualitat-preu.

The Circle Line Harbor Lights Cruise is widely regarded as one of the best sightseeing experiences in New York City because of its impeccable timing: departing at dusk, it lets you watch the Manhattan skyline transform from a warm golden hour into a sparkling sea of illuminated skyscrapers. Over two relaxed hours, the boat glides down the Hudson, passes within close range of an illuminated Statue of Liberty for prime photo stops, and cruises under the lit-up Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg bridges, all accompanied by engaging, knowledgeable live commentary from local guides. While popular sailings can feel crowded—making it smart to arrive 45 minutes early to grab an outdoor seat on the starboard (right) side—the stunning panoramic views and climate-controlled lower decks make it well worth the ticket for both first-timers and return visitors.

Tom was amazing. I highly recommend this tour. We visited a number of must see tourist spots and he allowed us to spend a little more time at the World Trade memorial to remember those who passed away on 9-11. The 4-hour duration was perfect.

After booking through Klook, I received an email from the tour company, AmigoTour. It stated that the meeting point was on the sidewalk in front of the Hyatt Hotel entrance at 8:15 AM, 15 minutes before the tour started. Around 8:10 AM, I went to what I vaguely thought was the subway exit for the meeting point, and there were about 20 people, presumably tour participants, standing around. There were no signs or guides at the location. The Hyatt Hotel is at the corner of East 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue, and the meeting point was near that corner of the hotel. At 8:15 AM, our guide, Jose, loudly called out "AmigoTour." He checked the list of participants in the order they lined up. I had prepared my Klook eTicket on my smartphone, but it wasn't needed. We were on a half-day tour, but most participants seemed to be on the full-day tour. At the end, the guide told us, "We'll return to the Hyatt Hotel, but if you change your mind, you can switch to the full-day tour, just let me know." We wanted to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge and then to Battery Park and Ground Zero, so we informed him that we would "drop out at the Brooklyn Bridge as per our booking." After that, we boarded the bus that was parked across the intersection, and the tour began. The guide spoke English very slowly, which made it easy to understand. He was also very punctual, and as other reviews mentioned, he was an excellent person. For a tour costing only about 7,000 yen, it covered the perimeter of NYC (west -> north -> east -> south), allowing us to experience areas outside of central Manhattan. While it's difficult to visit areas like Harlem and the Bronx on a typical trip, this bus window tour provided a great experience. We stayed in NYC for three nights, and after being so satisfied with this tour on the first day, we decided to cancel our planned destinations for the remaining two days and just relax. Most of the approximately 30 participants were from Europe; we were the only Asians. This tour seems to only run on weekends, but the cost performance and the guide were both excellent. We were so satisfied that we gave a $10 tip to both the guide and the driver when we got off.
