What a wonderful experience! Before departure, customer service proactively contacted me and created a group chat. On the day of departure, a staff member was even arranged to meet us in the early morning and guide us to the meeting point on their way to work. This staff member also spoke fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, making the first stop of our trip full of pleasant surprises! They also offered thoughtful photo services, including free underwater photos and videos. It was absolutely delightful!

Una gran experiència amb Blue Fin Divers. L'instructor de busseig va ser molt atent als detalls i ens va guiar sobre com podíem millorar. També hi va haver bon menjar, música i companyia, fent d'aquest viatge una experiència molt completa.

Awesome tour guide (named Syaiful if not mistaken), help me get great underwater images. The guide continuously monitor & check my safety during the snorkelling sessions. The lunch buffet was great, got 3 lauks (chicken, fish & veggie) + watermelon, and self service coffee & tea. Kapalai underwater scenery is a bit better than Mabul. Next trip plan to have few dives in Sipadan & other Island (finger crossed).
