West Lake

La senyora Cheng, la nostra guia turística, va ser excel·lent. Per ajudar-nos a entendre cada atracció, va compartir informació detallada i la seva història mentre anàvem cap al lloc. També va demostrar la manera correcta de pregar en un temple.

Aquesta excursió va ser bona i organitzada. Es va realitzar en xinès i la guia va explicar molt bé. Va ser servicial i coneixedora. La guia es posarà en contacte amb vosaltres amb antelació per indicar-vos el punt de trobada. Com que volíem tenir una visió general de Hangzhou, ens vam unir a aquesta excursió de mig dia, ja que viatjàvem de Xangai a Hangzhou. El temps és factible.

The weather gods were kind to us today and we had an amazing tour to Hangzhou where we visited the West lake, Lungyin temple and Faxi Temple before it poured down with rain on the car journey home. Jenny, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and was always happy to take photos and explain not only the significance of the places we were at but also about life in both Shanghai and in China in general. The journey there and back was comfortable in a very nice car and the journey up to Faxi included catching a public bus, which was an adventure. Lunch is not included but time was given to have a sit down lunch with Jenny at our own expense. overall a good tour.

This trip allowed us to see a different side of West Lake. Tour guide Xiao Xin provided detailed explanations of the historical background and even prepared bread for us to feed the ducks. Highly recommended; it lets you experience the beauty of West Lake much better than walking on foot, while also allowing you to enjoy more hidden viewpoints.

A good choice for a quick day trip tour if you are staying at Shanghai and would like to explore nearby city - Hangzhou. The tour guides 余导 and 舒导 are friendly , approachable, knowledgeable in explaining the itineraries and history sites. The lunch menu is well arranged too

The itinerary was very comfortable, and there was good communication beforehand, with a guide matched to our needs. The guide was very thoughtful and enthusiastic in explaining many things to us. Overall, the itinerary was arranged very smoothly. The only thing was that the sun was a bit strong and it was a little hot and stuffy.😅

The experience in this tour was excellent. Jenny the tour guide made an effort to arrange for the meet up via WhatsApp or Wechat two days before the trip. We departed for the Shanghai film studio on time and she shared many stories during the visit. It was interesting to see the set of various Shanghai scenes from the last century. Lunch was an additional 50Rmb but was definitely worth it as arranged by the guide. We had a feast at the local restaurant. The visit to the Zhujiajiao was the icing on the cake. This was a misty scenic and picturesque ancient town. The ride on the boat along the river canal was magical. Overall the trip was well organised by Jenny and we had free time at the end to explore on our own before ending the trip. Highly recommended.

This tour was fantastic, the tour guides are absolute legends and explain the rich cultural history in a fantastic and entertaining manner. I would highly recommend you book this tour when you are in hangzhou. it is also great value for money. pretty scenic and nice place. spent about 8 hours in here. there is chagee inside so you can rest there. the 5cny preserved veg biscuit and 3cny fried radish cake (2 stores along same street that frequently had queue in evening) are pretty good.
