Tours de Prado Museum

El museu en si és molt nou i net, amb passadissos amples i còmodes per passejar. Algunes sales d'exposició tenen cadires, així que si us canseu, podeu seure i descansar. El guia era molt professional, va arribar aviat per esperar-nos i era molt amable i divertit. Les seves explicacions eren molt animades, sovint gesticulava amb les mans i parlava molt fort (fins i tot el personal del museu li va haver de demanar que moderés el to 😂), com si estigués explicant un conte a nens, molt interessant! També coneixia molt bé el recorregut, sense repetir cap ruta. La visita guiada va durar més de dues hores, i jo mateix em vaig quedar més de dues hores més (i encara no ho havia vist tot). Si voleu explorar-ho a fons, podeu reservar-hi de 3 a 5 hores, o fins i tot més. Després de passar el control de seguretat a l'entrada, recordeu agafar un fulletó informatiu per saber on es troben les obres importants, us serà útil quan exploreu pel vostre compte.

It was a great experience overall. The booking online was easy. Later (closer to the date of the tour), I got an email and a text to confirm date, time and where to meet. I actually had to change the start time due to the timed ticket to the mueum and they were accomodating I wanted a Korean-speaking tour for my parents and it was better than I have imagined. Our tour guide Yoo Sun Lee was great. She was so knowledgeable and pacing of the tour was great. It wasn't too fast or slow and she gave us time to rest, ask questions. She also knew all the great spots for photo opportunities and helped take photos for my family. The description said tour was 2 hrs for this tour as well but it went well past that and I appreciated the tour guide for doing that. So it didn't feel like we were rushed at all I know that my family and I got so much more out of the visit because of her. I really want to thank her for that and would recommend her to my other family members and friends.

This was such a great way to see the city. Juan José was super friendly, very informative and made the tour great. It didn’t feel rushed and I got to see a lot of the city in such a short period.
