Tours de Rhine Falls

Our trip to the Rhine falls fell on a foggy day; however, because our tour guide provided so much valuable local insights not only about the Rhine falls but also about the culture in Switzerland as a whole, it was such an excellent experience. Fortunately for us, though, despite the foggy morning, we were still able to see the Rhine falls in all its glory and our family enjoyed it so much. We definitely would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zurich.

Quin lloc! Cal visitar-lo com a excursió d'un dia des de Zuric. No us perdeu el passeig en vaixell, pel qual pagueu 10 CHF addicionals. El poble medieval de Stein Am Rhein va ser meravellós. Vam tenir una gran guia, la Verena. Bon transport, sortida i arribada puntuals.

the tour was well organized and easy to find! we just presented our QR codes at the venue as indicated and off we go! the guide explained certain things about Switzerland to us which was great! she was also very clear about how we can navigate when we arrive at Rhine falls. there is an optional boat ride into the falss if you'd like - you will get wet and have to pay additional for it! it can be quite the experience! it is actually easy to get to the falls on your own so if you have a swiss travel pass already and alrd traveling around then you be adept in getting there. I was going with older folks and so it was easier with this tour (which would cost more than u taking the train + purchasing ur own tickets there!) so pick your battles!

La cascada més gran d'Europa i un lloc de visita obligada. Sens dubte, recomano fer un passeig en vaixell, ja que us portarà al punt més proper de la cascada.

Amazing and insightful experience touring the Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein! Our tour guide, Monica, was great and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. It feels like I learned so much not just about the places we visited but about Switzerland as a whole as well which was great. You will need to pay extra 10 CHF/person to ride the boat at the falls which was a fun experience I'd recommend. Overall, great value for money.

We had a great time being a part of this tour. The meeting point is walking distance from Zurich HB station and the tour starts early so you have the afternoon free (we went to the Lindt chocolate factory after the tour). Our guide Marcella was very graceful. She filled us in on a lot of trivia about Zurich and Switzerland on the way to Rhein falls (the ride takes about an hour). The view of the falls is mesmerising. There is also a 15 minute boat ride that you can take if more than 18 people in the group are up for it for an additional 10 Francs. Fortunately, 25 out of the 28 people in our group were up for it. This additional boat ride was a great experience and you get a chance to get really close to the falls. After the boat ride, we had a lot of free time which we used to explore the place and get a lot of pictures and even shopped for souvenirs. We also saw a rainbow near the falls. I highly recommend this tour.
