transport access: near to bus and MTR stations
hotel location: near to shopping areas and restaurants
cleanliness: the hotel is nice and clean
service: staff were very accommodating, also, they allow you to leave your stuff in the lobby if you have some places to go first before checking in or after checking out

Excellent location and very comfortable!
The room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The location is perfect just steps away from the subway, a mall, and tons of great restaurants. Highly convenient, but book two rooms if traveling as a duo!
The location of this hotel is unbeatable so close to the subway, a mall, and plenty of restaurants. While the rooms are very comfortable and the daily cleaning service is excellent, they are quite small for two people. To avoid feeling packed, we ended up booking an extra room, which worked out perfectly! If you are traveling as a pair and like your space, I highly recommend getting an additional room for a much more comfortable stay.

This stay was just for rest and a birthday celebration, but overall, I was very satisfied. Hotel location: At Tin Hau MTR Station, Exit A. Service: The staff were attentive and quickly resolved any issues.

My goal in HK was to renew my HK ID and the hotel's location provided me the convenience to travel only a few stations away before reaching Tseung Kwan O. The staff, specifically Shirley, was very helpful in accomodating us. As well as the elevator man. The room was clean and its price was just enough to get by the night. Overall, the place was a great value for money.

The room is neat and smells fresh. The staff, both at the front desk (Ms Jenny) and room cleaner are very friendly and warm.

Thank you so much, Klook, for the easiest way of booking. One click and everything is already there. Very convenient anyway.

The room we booked is sufficiently spacious for the two of us. It has that 2000s classic look, a little outdated, but gets the job done. This, I think is the cheapest one can get for the room size and good location. We were assigned to the 31st floor and got a good view. The breakfast buffet has a limited option. The only concern we had was the elevator, while it moves very fast, it is small and can only conveniently fit four to five people with luggage. There were only two out of three elevators working at the time we were there. It will take a long time to get in the elevator especially if its during the check-out time (10:00 am -11:00 am). MTR Causeway Bay Station is walking distance. Buses, Ding Ding, and taxis are just a few steps away.

Nice and cozy place. Very smooth transaction and we enjoyed the unli water. IYKYK😆 Accessible to MTR exit A2 and Bus station. lots of restaurants nearby including jollibee and mcdo. 7/11, hospital and laundry shop just accross the street. walking distance to sneakers street and ladies market. Breakfast is very delicious!
