Terrible stay. Sheets had blood on them when I checked in, Wi-Fi doesn’t work, very small room. I booked a different hotel after the first night. Also wasn’t refunded after I checked out 11 days early

The room was spotless. Towels was not in the room but can be requested. There's no fridge nor kettle in the room. But the small fridge is outside the room & water also. --must have your own bottle/thermo.

The location is great, the place is old but you get what you pay for. This is not a hotel, imagine 1 building with several hostals in it, the rooms are very small and close to each other. Waiting on the elevator can be a long time as there is only 1. I you are looking for ample, hotel style this is not it. in HK youd hav to go to a known chain. but as we were in the room very mnimal this was OK.

The place has a great location. The room is tiny but functional. However, staff ignored my message about the sheets being stained upon checkin. There was no housekeeping (bed not made) during my 3 night stay. Elevators are busy, so always some wait. Building very old. This is good if you're on a budget and are ok with some discomfort.

Duper dirty the room when they give to us Wait for 2 more hrs to clean washroom door broken can’t close. The bed and towel never change in 6days of stay. Our room was Hop In guess house in mirador mansion.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We made a mistake in our booking but the staff was very accommodating. The place is clean and close to amenities like 24 hour laundry service (drop and pick).

Our hostel is located in the center of everything, the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, where you can find all the shopping malls surrounding like K11, K11 Musea, Harbour City, The One, Isquare. There are 7-11 and other convenience stores right downstairs. Local food stalls and large variety of restuarants are all in walking distance. Nevertheless, victoria Harbour is just 5 mins walk away from our hostel.
