Hotels a prop de Ayala Center Cebu

second time here at seda and always loved the food! since a portion of ayala center cebu which is adjacent to the hotel is under construction, the pool area is unavailable to the guests. didn’t know that the pool could not be used prior to the booking of this hotel. therefore, check-in guests are allowed to use the pool of city sports which is across the hotel. it gives a little bit of inconvenience but it is understandable tho

This hotel is very close to department stores, with three in the vicinity. The hotel provides hot water, a complimentary bottle of water, and a full range of amenities. There's also a 24-hour coffee shop nearby, making it very convenient for daily needs.

my go to hotel near Pier 1 when i have a an early departure.. This time im with my little one, and it surprised me that they have a crib available to use. it really helped alot! The frontdesk officers were very accommodating. Overall i had a good stay 🫶

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with banks, coffee shops, restaurants, and a hospital nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good selection. The rooftop deck is also a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying the view. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

GOOD FOOD VERY ACCESSIBLE TO EVERY TRANSPORTATION AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD STAFF ARE WELCOMING AND HANDS ON plus ots cleanliness cleanliness: service: hotel location: transport access:

We have stayed here for 12 days and I can really say that this hotel is a good choice. I am satisfied with my whole stay here. The staff is really doing well with their duties. The room is really clean. The food is good and you can use the gym for free. The price is really affordable and really worth it. I will surely stay here again if I will be back in Cebu.

It's beautiful and affordable; book in advance for future travel to save money. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I'll be back here again soon.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a prime location in Ayala that makes everything easily accessible. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu, and there’s a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or running. A 7‑Eleven right beside the hotel adds extra convenience. I tried their in‑room dining service and was pleasantly surprised—the food was both affordable and delicious. I also appreciated the free water refilling stations available on every floor. The staff and management were very accommodating and understanding, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Cebu.

very impressive staff and kind however the rooms seems a bit old mostly in the restroom area and bidet
