We have stayed there many times and always enjoy it. One tiny criticism: it would be nice if the staff bought decent water bottles for the room. The current bottles are extremely thin. They are all dented, which means that the bottle can't stand up. It's a minor annoyance to put a bottle down on the table beside you, but then the bottle falls over and spills because the bottom is dented.

Very nice place , just a little dated. The staff is great and very friendly. The included breakfast was good. Will probably stay when in cebu again.

Waterfront while nice seems to have gone backwards a little, staffing not as helpful, room was not great, no power point for kettle. Less staff visible in restaurant, service less. Food was fantastic though and security on door great plus person for taxis.

Its unusual because I normally enjoy my stay here. But AC was not working and Hot water wasn't working as well. Ac was hot and showers cold. Not good experience this time
