Coses a fer a Independence Palace

As always, Klook made our trip more convenient. When we visited the Independence Palace, the line at the ticket counter was very long. Thankfully, since we booked through Klook, we were able to use the fast lane, and there was a dedicated staff member to assist us with claiming our tickets. The place is huge and perfect for taking photos. It’s well-maintained, and I really appreciate how they have preserved the historical site. Definitely worth visiting!

We visited the Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum with our guide Kevin. Both are fascinating and, in our view, must-sees in Ho Chi Minh City. The Independence Palace offers a fascinating insight into the Vietnam War, with its historic meeting and banquet rooms, communications rooms and underground bunker, as well as great views over the city. The War Remnants Museum, just a short walk away, is extremely powerful and visual, showing the devastating effects of war and the suffering and resistance of the Vietnamese people. Kevin was knowledgeable and flexible, allowing us time for drinks and snacks, which made the tour work very well even with a young child. Highly recommended.

It was a truly enjoyable experience to spend the evening on a bus, admiring the illuminated skyscrapers. Booking through Klook was simple, and the pick-up and drop-off location was conveniently at the Opera House.

Best way to see the city is by booking a 34hr pass which also has a free entry to one of the places. lovely city especially in nights

We had a great time on a tour with Annie and Vy! The bike ride was exciting and enjoyed the entire trip throughout the city and the history of Saigon. Thank you both for being the excellent guides. Va ser amable, coneixedora i va compartir moltes històries sobre el passat del Vietnam, cosa que va fer l'experiència molt més significativa. Realment apreciem aquest tipus d'organització de tours en comparació amb els tours tradicionals de les agències de viatges. Ens va permetre explorar al nostre ritme mentre ens submergíem en la cultura local i la vida quotidiana. Va ser més personal, autèntic i agradable en general.

This was an amazing experience! The tour guide assigned to me, Hana, was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything and answered my questions so well! She spoke great English so communicating with her was very easy. She also drove her scooter very safely and skillfully. I loved getting to know about Vietnamese history and culture and getting to hear stories about all the places we visited made this experience very enjoyable for me.
