the driver Mr.Deng is responsible and is a good driver.. when we lost our way to the car, he come to pick us up and at the next town, he showed us where to go. so we dont get lost.

Fantastic tour, Yaya was a very nice guide. Well spoken, considerate and make sure we were well taken care of throughout the tour. It was a very fast paced tour, cover so many scenic areas that we wouldn’t have been able to do on our own. Highly recommended for people who wanted to get the most out of a very tight schedule. Accommodation provided were good but not in the most convenient locations. Food included was very good. Just like any other tours, there were additional fees.

The guide 小橙子 was very conscientious and passionate in doing her job even though it was really challenging for one guide to be leading so many different groups. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and was skilful in managing expectations and knew her way around the various attractions very well. The first transfer from the airport was no good because the four of us with a few large pieces of luggage were assigned a normal saloon car which resulted in four of us having to squeeze at the back row behind the driver. The last two hotels were especially good and served good breakfast! Overall strongly recommended!

El meu guia turístic (Sr. Peng) va estar 100% atent des del principi, va tenir cura de cadascun de nosaltres abans, durant i fins i tot després del tour. Ens va advertir sobre algunes despeses innecessàries. Sempre que necessitàvem més menjar, ens ajudava a demanar-lo. El coneixement del guia turístic era de primera categoria.

El vehicle proporcionat era massa petit per al nombre de viatgers. Érem 4 persones i ens van donar un Nissan Sylphy. Els passatgers del darrere anaven molt estrets i havien d'estar molt encogits. A més, les distàncies entre els punts turístics eren força llargues, amb un trajecte màxim de 4 hores. Per a viatges tan llargs, s'hauria d'utilitzar un vehicle més gran i espaiós per garantir la comoditat dels clients. El programa hauria d'incloure informació més detallada, com ara el nombre de nits d'allotjament i els àpats inclosos. Algunes nits, l'allotjament no corresponia a la categoria de 4 estrelles anunciada en línia. L'habitació de Puhe va ser la pitjor del viatge: l'aigua es filtrava fora de la dutxa, l'aire condicionat no funcionava i l'habitació no estava en condicions per ser utilitzada, però tot i així la van oferir als clients. Només s'incloïen 3 dinars i 4 esmorzars a l'hotel. El guia va ser molt servicial, tot i que només parlava xinès. Alguns llocs eren força llunyans. El programa s'hauria d'organitzar millor. Per exemple, el dia que vam anar a Fenghuang, no vam arribar fins passades les 8 del vespre. L'activitat turística era vestir-se i fer-se fotos, i tot i que ens va agradar molt, l'horari era molt exigent, ja que no vam anar a dormir fins a les 2 de la matinada i havíem de sortir de nou a les 9 del matí. També hi havia activitats de pagament addicional, com ara veure l'espectacle de la tribu Miao.

We had wonderful trip and experience. Small group tour, feel private, kind and nige tour mate. The transportation that we used going around also really clean and comfy. Really worth it for this tour, save alot our time and we visited many places. Specially out tour guide Zhang Fangfang really kind and help us alot. She arrage everything for us and gave us some recommendation of restaurants, helped us arrange our transport to railway station, and also took many pictures of me and my husband. Really worth it 👍👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing 5-day tour—Vivi is the absolute best!
This 5-day tour was incredible and the perfect way to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. We ticked off absolutely everything on our itinerary, and honestly, we couldn’t have done all we did without booking this tour.
Our guide, Vivi, was amazing! She took us to all the best hot spots, and her strategic routing meant we completely bypassed the massive queues and didn’t have to wait around. Beyond being an expert guide, she was an absolute pleasure to be around and her warm personality really made our trip to Zhangjiajie so special.
She went above and beyond by helping us translate absolutely everything, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. She was also incredibly helpful with local dining and evening activity suggestions. If you are doing this tour, definitely ask for Vivi—she truly made our trip unforgettable!

Our 5-day family trip to Zhangjiajie was truly unforgettable, thanks to our fantastic local guide, Ms. Xiao Hu (小胡), who was not only responsive and helpful but also incredibly friendly and caring throughout. Though the rain prevented us from enjoying Tianmen Mountain and Phoenix Ancient City, we still marveled at the wonders of Zhangjiajie National Park. One of the highlights was staying at The Valley Secret Realm Resort Hotel, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable journey for our family. We highly recommend both this tour and the exceptional Ms. Xiao Hu to anyone looking to explore Zhangjiajie
