He fet tantes excursions arreu del món i tota la meva família està d'acord que aquesta va ser, sens dubte, la nostra excursió organitzada preferida de tots els temps. Vam començar a caminar cap a la cascada més impressionant (de veritat! i n'he vist moltes). No volia marxar. Vam veure els animals més amigables a la granja, estaven ben cuidats i el personal era fantàstic. El Geoparc va ser una experiència molt interessant per poder cuinar aliments que recol·lies de manera natural! Increïble. I fer una crep de ceba tendra per acabar-ho d'adobar. L'únic inconvenient va ser que feia un dia extremadament calorós. Hidrateu-vos la nit abans per si us espera un dia calorós. De nou, la millor excursió de Taiwan. Xu Qiyang va ser un guia molt complet. Va enviar informació amb antelació que era molt detallada i durant tot el recorregut va traduir fragments per donar a qualsevol passatger en qualsevol idioma que necessités. Sempre recordarem aquest viatge.

Everything was great. The tour guide was very friendly and drove steadily, except for the shuttle bus to Kong-A Farm, which played with guests' lives as if it were a joke. I will leave a review on their website, but I feel that until the transportation issue is resolved, such a restaurant is not suitable for promotion to the international market.

This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and we'd especially like to thank our tour guide, Ms. Lin Su-chen. The night before our departure, she proactively contacted us to confirm the itinerary and provided thoughtful reminders, which made us feel very reassured. During the trip, not only was her driving steady and safe, but she also demonstrated great flexibility, always happily accommodating our last-minute requests for minor itinerary adjustments. Throughout the journey, Su-chen not only provided detailed tour information but also shared many vivid and interesting local stories, and gave us excellent travel recommendations. We wholeheartedly recommend this professional and friendly guide; she truly enhanced our trip!

This is our second time staying at Hotel Royal Jiaoxi, and while the food quality remains consistent, it feels like the service has slipped a bit. We had originally reserved brunch for our second day, but later wanted to change it to breakfast. When we inquired, we found out they hadn't even registered us for brunch the day before! We also booked a fascial release class, but due to time constraints, we cancelled it immediately. However, upon check-out, they tried to charge us an extra fee. Although it was waived after we brought it up, it seems there are some internal communication issues, as things we registered or cancelled were not properly executed! Additionally, I stayed in the Quad Room; the mattress was very thick and comfortable to sleep on, but the pillows were too soft, offering no neck support at all, which I feel needs improvement.

Upon check-in, the staff diligently explained the operating hours for various facilities, but there were so many that I couldn't remember them all. I had to call the front desk again to inquire. I suggest providing a small card with the room key as a reminder, or allowing guests to take a photo during check-in. The room size was perfect for two adults and one child. The day before, the front desk called specifically to confirm guest information, and the amenities were prepared correctly. This was very thoughtful. During our stay, it rained heavily, and the shuttle service between the hotel and the annex was very convenient and considerate. The service staff were also very polite and patient. All facilities met our expectations; the breakfast, in particular, was unexpectedly good! The only suggestion is to add more children's facilities for a perfect experience. 😊

Breakfast: There were many delicious options, but the flow of traffic was not ideal, and the restaurant space was small, leading to congestion. Service: The staff were all very friendly. Hotel Location: It's a bit far from the main street, but generally within a 10-minute walk. Cleanliness: Excellent. For a hot spring accommodation, having a dehumidifier is a very important detail. Transportation Convenience: There's a large outdoor parking lot, and it's not too far to walk to the train station or transfer station. The location is great.

We stayed on the eighth floor this time. We had mentioned it was our anniversary when booking, and to our surprise, there was a special little surprise in the room. Although the room wasn't very spacious, the hot tub was large and very comfortable. The room included yukata (robes) that you could change into before heading to the large public bath on B1. Breakfast was average.

This hotel has a good location, close to souvenir shops, and offers massage services. There are complimentary tea, coffee, drinks, and cookies available, even though it's only from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, it's still very good! I'll definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a hotel in Yilan with the quality of a Japanese onsen ryokan, Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa in Jiaoxi is definitely the top choice! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Jiaoxi Train Station or the transfer station. The rooms are very spacious with excellent natural light, and you can even enjoy distant views of Guishan Island. The private hot spring bath in the room is large, fills up quickly with hot water, and has excellent water pressure. What's most commendable is the hotel's attention to detail; in addition to providing complimentary mini-bar snacks and drinks, even the yukata are incredibly comfortable. The rooftop public nude bath offers a high-quality environment with beautiful views, truly making you feel like you're in Japan!
