The front desk staff were friendly. The gym is open 24 hours, and the pool is great from 6 AM to 11 PM. The room interior is quite spacious and clean. It's conveniently located downtown, making transportation easy. The view isn't great, though.

【The Perfect Starting Point and Transit Choice for a Banff Road Trip】 Its excellent location, close to the airport, makes it convenient for heading north to Banff or meeting up with friends in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I particularly commend the heating system, which was quiet and maintained a comfortable temperature (without being overly dry). The only thing to note, which is common in North America, is that there's no kettle in the room, and the hotel doesn't provide drinking hot water. However, the staff were very enthusiastic and guided me to use the microwave to solve my hot water needs. The overall experience was excellent, and next time I have the opportunity, I'd like to stay longer to experience facilities like the pool. Worth the price for a family of four! I never thought that it was a big family room. Plus, its very convenient whenever you’re hungry they have a lil shop at the first floor near the front desk.

This was the first hotel i stayed at after landing, and after trying a few others, i still prefer this one. It’s conveniently located near the airport without being too close. There’s also a nice Denny’s nearby, which is great if you’re looking for somewhere convenient to grab a meal

The accessibility to the mountains and downtown was excellent. However, cleaning was not daily, but scheduled. The noise was also loud, but despite that, the good accessibility made for a pleasant stay.

Tour guide Ben was knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the trip. Despite the cramped itenary he still made sure we had sufficient time to visit every location which made the tour enjoyable. Banff is such a breathtaking place that I would recommend.

Kenneth was our guide and he was absolutely BRILLIANT! Super friendly and welcoming as soon as we got on the bus, he handed out treats & water for us all constantly. You could tell he really loved his job. He provided stories on our journey and lots of information from Calgary to Banff. His choice of music was perfect as well. When we got to each location he even went out with us and helped with photos and shared jokes which really made our day! Best tour ever, don’t hesitate to book! 😊

We had a very enjoyable tour yesterday. The whole experience was comfortable, with a relaxed pace and enough time to explore all the places we wanted to visit. Our tour guide York was professional and not overly talkative, which made the trip feel pleasant and stress-free. Overall, it was a well-organised and comfortable tour that we really enjoyed!
