Llac Louise, Canó Moraine/Johnston, Llac Emerald i la ciutat de Banff

Ens alegrem d'haver reservat aquest viatge amb Klook. Va ser una experiència realment èpica veure el llac Moraine i el llac Louise. Només vull destacar alguns punts, no per desacreditar els aspectes positius, sinó per millorar. 1. Havíem programat un dia perfecte (bon temps) però el van cancel·lar. Tot i que ho entenem, hauríem pogut veure els llacs amb una vibració diferent. Va ploure el dia reprogramat, però tot i així ho vam gaudir. 2. A l'itinerari s'incloïa el canyó Johnston, però no hi vam anar; en canvi, el guia ens va portar al llac Bow i a Surprise Corner, que també són bonics. La descripció aquí a Klook hauria d'incloure que, en cas que l'itinerari no es pugui complir, haurien d'explicar clarament per què. Pel que fa al nostre guia, en Ray, és un conductor i guia turístic fantàstic.

William was an incredible tour guide! I was really impressed with his personalised approach on the tour, he gets to know us, what we like and customizes the day accordingly. he also took incredible photos for us throughout the tour! will definitely recommend.

沒有搶到接駁車，出發前兩天，在機場候機室買的行程，集合地點很多選擇，美中不足是車輛的冷氣不太涼，坐車偏悶（可能剛好遇到班夫比較熱的天氣），但導遊提供很多小點心跟私人拍照景點，行程還是很不錯

這次的旅行真的很棒！在加拿大臨時決定去班夫一日遊，感謝Klook這個平台，真的很方便！導遊Edward說中文，很親切也很風趣～一路上都非常的歡樂！他還幫每個人穿上冰爪，防滑，超貼心的！ 真的誠心推薦！風景爆炸的美～～

We had a wonderful tour and really enjoyed it. Especially the Lake Morraine was wonderful! Ray our guide was very nice and even brought us home to our hotel. He sometimes seemed a bit uncofident about what he was telling us about the sightseeing spots. But other than that, he did a great job.

The experience was amazing and very hassle-free!! Kenneth, our tour guide, was very accommodating and informative. We learned a lot of new things as we immersed ourselves in the marvelous wonder that Banff truly is!

This Banff trip is so much fun! Wing really is superb! He knows the best interests of his clients. He is been so helpful taking photos together with Kenneth. The itinerary os also what I've loved the most too! I enjoyed Lake Louise and Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park! We got so lucky to see lots of elk going to Banff downtown. We enjoyed Banff downtown too. We took lots of good photos though the weather is kinda unpredictable. We were also comfortable in the van and we also had snacks to relieve our hunger. Overall this tour exceeds my expectations. One by the books!
