We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist whenever needed.
The location was also convenient near masjid haram and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service. We would definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend this hotel to others! 🤍✨ Alhamdulillah

An exceptional hotel and one of the best places to stay in Makkah. The location is outstanding, with easy access to Masjid Al Haram, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the Haram. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always eager to assist, making the entire stay feel effortless. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of high-quality food, and every part of the hotel reflects luxury and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Address Jabal Omar Makkah to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj. A truly memorable experience, and I look forward to staying here again, Insha’Allah.

Some issues when showing the QR Code voucher at the information counter as they are unable to verify and authenticate it. You need to find out yourself and inform the staff that the voucher is purchased from local operator as the staff have no idea what is Klook. A hassle process for verifacation purposes.
