We stayed on the Gold Floor in room 2604, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The housekeeping team was amazing, and whenever we needed anything, it was delivered to our room in less than five minutes. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Staying on the Gold Floor was an incredible experience for our family. We enjoyed complimentary service twice a day, along with breakfast and lunch, and the private elevator made access to the Haram very convenient. Everything we requested through room service was provided promptly. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk to the Haram, making it an excellent choice, especially for families visiting Makkah. I highly recommend staying here. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back.

Very convenient, the closest to Kaaba, the Kaaba view was terrific, the property and the rooms were extremely clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was very good too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location and overall atmosphere were great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The only downside was that, considering the room rates, breakfast was not included. It would be a great value-added benefit if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for guests. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!
