The hotel staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the spa facilities; they helped me relax completely! Breakfast was plentiful. The only thing to note is that you'll need to arrange your own transportation. It's definitely worth staying here again!

Loved our stay at this hotel. It's located a 10-minute walk from the Taitung train station, and the facilities are new, clean and spacious. We loved the big rooms, the nice service staff and all the vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast (congee, veg minced "meat" rice etc). The chef even made us a special breakfast when I indicated on my second booking that we had a special request! I'd love to go back next time!

Les aigües termals són molt netes (però l'olor a desinfectant és massa forta), l'entorn és tranquil i silenciós, i és molt agradable passejar-hi al vespre. L'habitació és molt neta, l'únic inconvenient és que hi ha bastants mosquits a l'exterior, però en general és fantàstic. Si tornem a Taitung, hi tornarem a allotjar-nos.

The room was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. The location is very close to the train station, which is super convenient. My family really enjoyed our trip! It's great value for money! We've stayed here a few times already! Highly recommended! 😎

The location was a bit far from the city center, but everything else was fine. The breakfast selection was limited, and the items were exactly the same for both days of our stay, even the vegetables. Some dishes were consistently empty and rarely refilled. The coffee from the coffee machine was not good and could definitely be improved.

The biggest selling point is its downtown location, within walking distance to many attractions like Tiehua Village and the night market. The rooms are comfortable and feature electric curtains. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop. Parking spaces are limited, and when it's busy, the elevators can be difficult to catch (they operate with a strange logic).

The water pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. The parking lot is very spacious, so you don't need to worry about finding a spot, though please be aware of broken glass on the ground. The beds are not made daily, so please consider your needs. There are fewer staff members at the front desk, so you might not always find someone immediately available.

I stayed for 3 days, from check-in to check-out, and received professional care. It was thoroughly relaxing and restful. Breakfast was wonderful, and I also tried the Cantonese dim sum served at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. The food was very satisfying. Coming back from Orchid Island to Taitung felt like heaven.
