The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to umi jigoku, seeing mount yufu on the way to yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good in explaining and very helpful. She help me taking pictures since I am a solo traveler.

We joined this tour and chose to take the Yufuin no Mori train back to Hakata, which saved us the hassle of booking tickets in advance. Plus, the Yufuin no Mori departed at 5:15 PM, giving us over an hour more time compared to the group bus departure, which was fantastic! Our tour guide, Ada, was very kind. She explained the itinerary and collected money for admission tickets on the bus. At Kyushu African Safari, she quickly helped us purchase tickets. Although we didn't get to ride the Jungle Bus (it was sold out), watching the wild animal area from the tour bus allowed for clearer photos and better viewing. The entire day's itinerary was very fulfilling; it was a wonderful day trip!

Our itinerary for this trip was: starting from Tenjin city center ➡️ Itoshima Hana Shio Pudding ➡️ Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) at Futamigaura ➡️ Tsukamoto Fish Market ➡️ Miyajidake Shrine ➡️ Munakata Shrine. The driver was very thoughtful! His service attitude was incredibly friendly! He even recommended a delicious seafood restaurant, which my family also thoroughly enjoyed 👍🏽 The car was clean and tidy, and the entire journey went smoothly and perfectly 💯

That time my family can not have fixed plan until Apr 26th night. So I made a booking at 1AM Apr 27th, when I was already too sleepy and the tour we want to go already full until May 8th while I want to arrange a tour on Apr 28th. Then I have to change to another tour with another day , Apr 29th. Then I still get up so early on Apr 28th cause in my mind it’s Apr 28th. But on a bad day I still got lucky cause I met a very nice tour guide - Ada. She helped me until me and my family can have a seat on bus. Without her I don’t know if I can do anything to rearrange my plan. Shoutout to Ada👏🏻 Then I met another nice girl sitting next to me on a tour bus. She is from Hongkong and wanna take a picture with me

Excellent experience , tour guide took good care of us , clear information by tour guide as well , overall whole trip is comfortable and safe.

A huge thank you to both our tour guide, 卓燕志, and driver, 李. Their planning and coordination throughout the road trip were excellent. Despite the bad weather and heavy traffic, they managed the schedule very professionally and ensured we arrived at all destinations on time while avoiding major traffic congestion as much as possible. It was truly a fantastic and enjoyable tour experience from start to finish. We sincerely appreciate their dedication, experience, and outstanding service throughout the journey. 👏

L'itinerari, que consistia en les Fonts Termals de l'Infern, Yufuin i l'African Safari, estava tan ben organitzat que la satisfacció va ser molt alta. Entre els llocs turístics, l'African Safari va ser especialment impressionant. No recordo bé el nom de la guia, però la senyoreta Tak Eun-ji (?) va oferir una informació molt detallada i excel·lent, i els menjars recomanats a Yufuin eren realment deliciosos. A més, al final del viatge, ens va recomanar bons restaurants i ens va donar molta informació útil, cosa que va ser fantàstic.

It felt like traveling with a close aunt. We really appreciated how well she explained Fukuoka to us and guided us with a genuine desire for us to enjoy ourselves. It left us with wonderful memories. We highly recommend it.

This was the best choice for our Yufuin trip. Our guide, Jeon Gyu-young, gave our family the best time. If you're visiting Yufuin on your own, I highly recommend trying this without hesitation.
