An amazing, one of a kind experience. top tier hospitality and breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal from every room of the property. the property is also beautifully constructed. our stay was so memorable. Oberoi Amarvilas deserves all the awards.

Staff were welcoming and attentive to needs. I asked if I can borrow an adaptor but the room has socket for Indian plug and international too which is a wow. I dont remember booking a hotel with this kind of facility. I booked a deluxe room with double bed and it is spacious. There is a counter for luggage and bag. I can smell cigarette in my room (I requested for a non-smoking room) and they sprayed the room with air freshner. I can still smell a little bit of smoke though. The floor felt sticky. The shower drains very slowly. There is a restaurant at the top floor with view of Taj Mahal but I was there at dinner time so I cannot see Taj clearly. There was a singer performing while we were having our meal. I felt rushed when I was deciding what to order but anyway it was a good dinner. Breakfast was included in my stay but I did not like the spread that much. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Taj Mahal (if I remember well, Eastern Gate). It is an ok hotel but old.
