Everything was extremely good. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast options were wonderful. We tried spa and it was great. Territory is closed and clean. Definitely would recommend

The hallway carpet entering into the rooms 233 and 235 was dirty and the bad odor may not be safe for everyone. The couch in the room has two big stains. The front desk team member conveyed the message to the manager. The Manager did not reach out to address the issue. The carpet inside the room was dirty. In room 235 the toilet base was not in the correct position and it was lose. Overall, we had a very unpleasant stay unfortunately.

The hotel claims to be Luxury however this is total misleading and no luxury at all. Everything is very old and service is terrible. Their F&B team is amazing and they deserve to stellar review. This is like a 3 star hotel and selling as 5 star.

It is close by to Taj and shopping is walking distance.

Unfortunately, our rooms did not meet 5-star expectations. The furniture, bathroom, bed linen and towels appeared old and tired. Perhaps renovated rooms are available, but ours were disappointing overall.

At first glance, this place is amazing but slowly things start to crumble as you spend more time here. My booking through Expedia did not make it to the hotel so it was a task to get the room but the staff handled it quite well. The things that did not go well were the hotel common space and the bar area. Out of the 3 days we were there, the common areas were completely unusable for 2 of the days. There were hundreds of people crowded in the little space that is the common area and not only was the space unusable, it was also not possible to navigate the space to get to anywhere. Turns out that there was some event going on and many people who were not hotel residents were given access to the hotel lobby making it a terrible experience for the actual hotel guests. Next was the restaurant buffet. It is a nightmare for anyone with a half-sensible sense of hygiene. A few things I noticed were people touching every muffin before picking one. Using hands to pick things instead of tongs. A mom picking only grapes from the fruit bowl while her kid used licked fingers to pick the grapes from a shared bowl. I had to ask the staff to remove the bowl otherwise, the staff would have ignored it. Also, there were people eating their food above the serving bowls and reusing dirty dishes to take refills. Their only saving grace was the pool, spa and a decent gym with good weights. But not enough for me to recommend this place to family and friends.

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms & very good amenities. Good breakfast available. For improvement would be the sound proofing for rooms & corridors and perhaps a nicer bar than just the lobby one. In reality an excellent 4 star hotel than luxury 5 star. Overall recommend though & would stay there again. Very good value for money.
