Wonderful kimono rental experience in Kyoto! The staff were very kind and welcoming. Their English was good, and they also had many hairstyle photos to help communicate hair design ideas easily. They even had an interpreter person/device available, which made everything stress-free. We really appreciated that they did not rush us, and the private changing room was awesome and very comfortable. My kids and my mom absolutely loved the experience. The location was also perfect — very close to Kiyomizu-dera, which saved us a lot of walking. Highly recommend!

I seriously recommend this Kimono rental service. It's my third time with group here, but I must admit "Rental Kimono First" is a serious upgrade comparing to previously chosen ones. The staff is very communicative, helpful, attentive. Their shop is really spacious and very clean. The selection is really wide, and the clothing is in really good condition, smelling fresh and looking nice. They also offer some underclothes, which are really useful during colder days. I will definitely come back here with my next groups.

是一次很難得亦很難忘的體驗 女兒和我都感覺很愉快。 天氣雖然有點熱 著在和服底的內衣亦都全濕透。 我們是在網路上找到這店的 店舖內外跟圖片中見到的一樣。 這店亦較其他的大和企理乾淨 而且有兩層 有足夠的空間給每個客人。 入內感覺很舒服 亦會放心穿著她們的和服。 我們在預訂的時間 到達和服店 店員很殷勤亦很友善地招呼我們。 因為一早預訂了的關係 所以她們會記錄在簿上 我們一到便在簿子上核對資料 用不著預先下載的二維碼。他們有的說日語 有的說英語 知道我們是從香港來的 會說普通話的店員 立刻走過來招呼我們。 他們的和服款式和顏色很多 整整齊齊的掛在櫃上。 男款女款 小孩的都不乏 就連最名貴的絲綢振袖他們都有。 和服款式之多會令人有選擇困難 但店員會為你推介合適的 並且配趁腰帶和手提包。 我們加了錢 做更精緻的髮型 髮型師專心為我們整理好頭髮 亦配上頭飾。 如果要化妝的話他們還提供化妝品。 二樓有獨立房間及專人為我們穿上和服 一層一層的穿上 很有次序。 一般的和服店 都會要求客戶在五點或五半前歸還和服 但這店的歸還時間是六點 想行遠些到祇園或其他神社拍照的話 便有充足的時間了。我對這次體驗很滿意 而所花的錢亦不算多。 我會推介這所和服店。

Variedad suficiente de furisode! Contraté el premium, y en tienda había muchos de un precio superior, pero el rango que pagué tenía tantos que me costó decidirme. Luego elegí el obi y el adorno a juego (can bastante ayuda). Quedó muy bien atado pero sin cortarme la respiración, todo lo cómodo que un kimono puede ser. Me ha encantado la experiencia!

One of the highlight of my travel here in Kyoto is to wear a traditional clothing of Japan. I found kimonos really nice but when I learned the Hakama, I booked it. They gave me the greatest experience I ever had down from they were dressing me to me walking it down the streets of Japan. I kept telling myself, “Is this how a Hakama should be worn?, It is like I am dreaming!” I am so happy, I am fulfilled, and I am honored to have a Hakama wear. I thank rental first for this experience, I enjiyed their gentle service and beautiful smiles while assisting me. I would definitely book again, this time it will be Premium. 心より感謝申し上げます
