Worth every cent after flight and waiting for transit.. Well appointed shower room with fresh towels. hard working attendants maintaining cleamliness. separate area for hair/makeup check. buffet toasties & drinks fresh cook station.

Great place to relax after a flight. It is cooler in the evening but the variety of cold drinks and warm food choices makes the experience enjoyable.

場所がわかりづらく、いろんな店員さんに聞いて回りました。2人店員さんち聞いてやっとたどり着くことができました。まずパスポートと写真撮影を終えると、左の上手側に電光掲示板があるんですが、そこにラウンジをこちらって言う風な案内板があるので、つい左のエスカレータに登ろうとしがちなんですが、そこにはありません。エスカレーター登ってはいけません。まず右に進んでいただいて、バーバリーを目指してください。バーバリーのちょうど通路挟んで左側に登るエスカレーターがあるんですよね。ポツンと結構わかりにくいです。その登るエスカレーターを上って左の通路行くとそこにアンバサダーホテルがありますのでちょっともうほんとに旅でくたくただと思うのでアンバサダーホテルに行くまでも疲れてると思うので、ここだけは場所だけはしっかりスムーズに行けるように皆さん願ってます。で設備はとっても綺麗でご飯もすごくおいしかったです。飲み物も飲み放題だった。私はタイガービールをいただきました。4杯までアルコールは無料でついています。アルコール以外のドリンクも飲み放題だったので、抹茶ラテとかコーヒーとかも飲めてすごくリラックスできました。あとシャワーも水圧を弱めだったんですけど、そこでも汗を流せたことがだいぶ次のフライトまでのリラックスタイムが取れてよかったです。横になって寝るブースはなかったので、椅子にちょっと皆さん足を向けてリラックスしてるような感じでした。かなり寒いので羽織物を必ず持っていくようにしてください。冷房ガンガンなので私はユニクロのウルトラライトダウンを羽織ってちょうどいい位でした。荷物をお土産を買ってしばらくそこで過ごしたって言う感じでしたね。金額的にもリッチもすごく良かったです。年配のイケメンな店員さん、とっても親切で優しくて配慮に感動しました。ドライヤーが2匹あるんですが、入って右のドライヤーは冷風しか出ません。左側のドライヤーは温風も出ました。

This transit lounge has exceeded beyond my expectations. It makes your travel expierence easy and more importantly enjoyable! It has easy access, Good food and immaculate customer service. Would recommend:).

Friendly staff, good food, comfy seating, clean bathroom, nice shower. Location is a little bit awkward, it's on a level you can only access one way.
