Changi Lounge a Jewel Changi Airport (zona pública)

Food was okay but I love the most is the Laksa Noodle Soup randomly offered to me. It was so good. Lounge is well maintained and relaxing for those thatvis just killing time. Hope to be back in the future.

I used the Changi Lounge at Jewel during my layover and it was exactly what I needed. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The lounge itself is quiet, with plenty of comfortable seating and charging points. The biggest highlight for me was the shower clean, spacious, and very refreshing after a long flight (though the 20-minute limit felt a little short). Food and drinks are on the lighter side mainly snacks, pastries, and a drink voucher but good enough if you just need something quick. Since the lounge is located before security, it’s most convenient if you’re arriving or have a long layover to explore Jewel before checking in again. Overall, not the most luxurious lounge in Changi, but great value for resting, freshening up, and recharging before the next flight.

An amazing airport lounge. Both quiet and relaxing. staff are really helpful and the amenities are excellent. The package entitles to a good selection of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. The meal is also fantastic

We booked the ticket on the spot and was able to redeem it immediately. The lounge was comfortable and the food was adequate. You can also take a shower and sleep in a pod for an extra fee.

Amazing travellers lounge even for the non traveller. Fully equipped and huge! Krisflyer Gold & SliverKris should pay attention??

整體來說乾淨、整潔、食物剛好、方便，不過就是地點不好找，如果在官網上能附上圖片說明更好

The snack bar is mediocre, but the places to rest is nice. Paid extra for a shower, and the shower facilities is the best I’ve ever had at the airport lounge, definitely can resfresh you before your next trip.
