I couldn’t leave a review until October 1st, but we actually dined at BRILLIANT in August for its 3rd anniversary celebration, thanks to a friend who chose this venue for his birthday. The event featured live cooking stations, where chefs prepared sizzling “Japanese domestic beef” to order. The beef was good, but a bit chewier than expected—I was hoping for a more melt-in-your-mouth experience. Highlights for me were the “French Braised Beef Tongue” and the “Live Cooking Dorayaki”. The braised beef tongue was exquisitely prepared, and its tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor were unforgettable. As for the dorayaki, the freshly-made fluffy pancakes were a treat, especially because you could add as much sweet filling—like red bean paste or whipped cream—as you wanted. For someone like me who doesn’t eat seafood, the selection of hot dishes was somewhat limited. However, BRILLIANT made up for it with a wide variety of delightful desserts, which were of a quality you'd expect to find in an authentic pâtisserie.

帶另一半吃生日大餐👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻🍽️ 中式、日式、西式的料理應有盡有， 尤其是烤牛肉，美味、多汁、有嚼勁， 讓我忍不住吃了兩盤🤤 另一半最喜歡的則是鮭魚生魚片🍣 這讓我想起吃得很狼狽卻很美味的螃蟹🦀️ 美味又滿足的一餐，服務人員也相當周到， 有機會會再去吃🫶🏻

是一間常訪的自助餐廳。這次三週年活動菜色很好，有日本國產牛、羊排、威靈頓牛排、生蠔、蟹、蝦等，食材佳，且補菜快。餐廳的服務人員很積極，且友善。餐券方便且實惠。是一個很好的選擇。

現買現用，餐廳內很熱鬧生意好，服務人員親切熱忱，內部明亮走到空間大，桌椅面較小，用畢餐盤收取快速…。

用餐環境舒適且服務員非常主動貼心！然後我超級喜歡威靈頓牛排！天啊也太好吃了吧！抹茶甜點也是各種驚豔！太好吃太喜歡了！

價位有一點高，但平日人潮還蠻多的，食材我覺得還算可以，熱食希望下次可以豐富一點
