Tour en Bambike per Intramuros

Excel·lent excursió! La nostra guia, la Christian, era extremadament apassionada per la història d'Intramuros i ens va explicar moltes històries. Ens va cuidar molt bé i és una de les millors guies turístiques que hem tingut mai! Vam recórrer tots els llocs històrics i fins i tot hi havia un assistent de suport per ajudar amb el trànsit. L'excursió incloïa una beguda a mig camí, gelat i una tovallola freda al final, tot molt ben pensat! Molt recomanable!

M'ENCANTA!! ❤️ Hi vaig anar amb els meus amics i aquest tour ha estat molt informatiu i memorable. UN AGRAÏMENT ESPECIAL AL NOSTRE GUIA, KUYA PAULO!! 👏 Vam començar el tour escollint les nostres bicicletes. El personal ens va ajudar a aconseguir la bicicleta que preferíem i va ajustar els seients segons les nostres preferències. Mentre fèiem el tour per Intramuros, també ens va acompanyar un altre membre del personal que ens va ajudar aturant els cotxes quan passàvem per les interseccions i es va assegurar que ningú es quedés enrere. Ja havíem planejat fer un tour per Intramuros, però gràcies a Déu que vam triar fer-lo amb bicicleta! Moure's per Intramuros amb bicicleta és molt útil. No puc imaginar anar a tots els llocs purament caminant. El nostre guia, Kuya Paulo, parla clarament i ens mostra imatges perquè puguem apreciar millor la història que hi ha darrere. També és molt útil per fer-nos fotos. Fotos molt ben fetes!! El tour va acabar amb tovalloles fredes refrescants i gelat del nostre gust. Per cert, el gust d'ALVOCAT és boníssim! Té gust d'alvocat de veritat 💚

Molt recomanable. Quina experiència fantàstica. El nostre guia turístic tenia un coneixement excel·lent i portar un grup gran per Intramuros i transmetre la història de cada secció del recorregut va ser increïble. En retrospectiva, hauríem d'haver reservat el recorregut complet de 3 hores. Però el recorregut exprés és excel·lent per fer amb nens petits. Una manera fantàstica d'explorar Intramuros. Les bicicletes també són una iniciativa sostenible excel·lent. Tant de bo pogués comprar-ne una per portar a Austràlia.

En Paolo va ser increïble! Divertit! Informatiu! Va ser una gran experiència i vam gaudir aprenent sobre la història d'Intramuros. Un passeig en bicicleta fàcil i ens vam sentir molt segurs amb tots els patinets i cotxes. Ho recomano molt.

What a joy it was to discover Intramuros through Bambike. I picked the extended tour and it was a perfect way to explore as the distance between the spots are a little far to walk. Being on the bike made it both efficient and breezy. Samantha was my guide for the day and she had so much knowledge at each spot - along with fun facts that really made each stop a lot more memorable as sometimes they aren't very interesting to look at per se. She also brought along a folio of pictures that really help contextualised the entire experience with references to timelines and examples. While there are a few traffic crossings that are busier, Samantha always made sure that my safety was a priority and used hand signals to convey any directional change. Finishing the tour with some local ice-cream and ice cold towel was so refreshing. The bike looked a little kooky but worked really smoothly. All the staff are friendly, warm, and helpful. Top notch initiative!

Thank you so much a great tour Sir JayR! I didnt know how to bike , but they let me practice for like 30 minutes. My Dad was with me in the trip and knows how to ride a bike. They offered us a bike that has two seaters. So I rode in my Dad's back. I was so happy with the information we have gained in that trip. I was looking forward with the Fort Santiago Dungeons and there are pictures and descriptions presented. I was able to witness the actual height of Dr. Jose Rizal ,our national hero and learn about his contributions and what did the Spaniards did to him in the Intramuros with this tour. The free ice cream was so creamy! And I got to chance to taste all the flavours like 1 teaspoon and 1 scoop of ice cream for yourself. The Ube was my favourite but I choose Avocado flavor ice cream. We chose the Intramuros Tour which is so relaxing and fun option than walking since it was a long distance. The Manila Cathedral was inside was so breath taking with its structure. We got to know some fun facts and some information of the Spanish , Chinese and Americans influences in Intramuros in this trip. I must say to invest in this trip if you want to experience a fun , memorable and educational event in your life. 🥰

La ubicació és dins d'Intramuros, a la catedral de Sant Agustí, tot i que no és exactament al davant, sinó al costat. Com que hi ha molta gent, no és difícil de trobar. El personal és molt amable i és fàcil obtenir ajuda ràpidament. També pots triar la bicicleta de bambú que més t'agradi, hi ha tres opcions. Si portes bossa, no et preocupis, ja que hi ha bicicletes amb cistella. També hi ha lavabos a la botiga, així que no cal patir per trobar-ne. El viatge va començar puntualment. La meva guia, Chi, va ser molt amable i professional. Tot i que la seva explicació era una mica ràpida, era molt clara i estava disposada a respondre preguntes sobre coses que no entenia, o termes en espanyol o tagal. Des de Casa Manila fins als nombrosos llocs d'interès dins d'Intramuros, tot va ser molt detallat i clar. En comprendre la història i el desenvolupament passat, la meva connexió amb Manila va arribar a un nivell emocional més profund. A mig camí, es va organitzar una parada a la terrassa de l'hotel Bayleaf per gaudir de la posta de sol, amb una beguda freda inclosa, va ser fantàstic! Tot el personal és molt amable i acollidor. Recomano moltíssim fer una excursió per veure la posta de sol, no us en penedireu!

We love our tour guide! Bambike Tour has been an enjoyable experience for us. A fun and very engaging trip that supports eco-tourism and sustainability with the company’s mission and goals. We were stuck on a traffic due to severe flood and heavy rainfall on the way so we had to adjust with a night tour instead of express tour. They were kind enough to wait for us at it was really difficult to make it on time. We had a great tour guide (she’s an OJT); she made sure we were safe and comfortable during the rides. A proper orientation and specific questions were asked if all of us knew how to ride a bike. My kuya and I rode a bamboo bicycle with a seater so that he I can tag along (I don’t know how to ride a bike; so I just “angkas”). I highly recommend this experience for all ages as it is perfectly tailored to travellers who prefer to know more history while engaging on a fun activity tour. Would love to do this again next year!

The tour takes you to the important places around Intramuros. If I had taken this on foot it would have been very tiring but exploring with bicycle is fun and less tiring. There are cycling paths and the guide will help with traffic so it's quite safe.
