풀만 시아위리조트에서 따만사파리 갔다가 자카르타가는것으로 예약하고 확정받았는데 기사는 따만사파리갔다가 풀만 리조트로 돌아오는것으로 알고있어서 처음 픽업하자마자 엄청 기분나빠함. 팁 많이줄테니 가자고해서 겨우 이동함. 결제금액보다 많은 돈을 팁으로 지급함

the driver came 2h late (we supposed to meet at 8am, he reach us at 9:55am) - he said he lost his phone. This is already a bad start. Then his electric car is only left with 3% battery,so he looked for a charging station and waited for it to be charged till 33% (took 20min) before can really start our trip. we reached Bogor in mid day which is already too hot for our planned hiking trip. After a short walk, he dropped us at a mall for lunch, he went to queue for charging his EV again. after 1h we finished lunch I called him he said he is still waiting in the charging station! so he pick us up without charging and looked for another charging station along the highway. tooled another 1h to charge his EV. by the time is already 4pm - at this time we didn’t see anything yet base on our itinerary. he then rush to drive us to a waterfall which is 1h plus away found is closed. ended we just head back to hotel which is 3h drive. This was a terrible day for us. This EV really spoil our day.

今回のチャーターは、手配されたドライバーの方に終始不安があり予定を変更し短縮スケジュールにしました。今後同じ方が手配されることはないと思いますが、もう2度と利用しません。早朝発であったものの、ドライバーの方が居眠り運転を繰り返し高速道路でも右往左往するような形でクラクションを何度も鳴らされたり、隣の車にぶつかりそうになったりとこちらが目を張っていないと安心できない状況でした。ツアー会社にドライバー変更をお願いしても応じてもらえず、仕方なくボゴールでの観光を諦め早めに帰宅することにしました。初めてのボゴールでしたが、楽しみよりも不安が終始大きく、klookにも不信感を抱く結果になりました。
