We had a wonderful experience with our private driver, Gugun, during our trip to Jakarta. The driver is a kind person, punctual and professional. The experience is great and we were very happy. The kids enjoyed the trip even it was raining so hard in white crater. They enjoyed playing with the rain in Kawah Putih.

La conductora Nela té un anglès excel·lent i no vam tenir cap problema per comunicar-nos amb ella. És una persona molt honesta i no ens va demanar propines addicionals ni altres despeses no especificades. A part dels llocs que vaig trobar en línia, ella ens va suggerir altres llocs per visitar. Si no sabíem on anar a menjar, ens recomanava restaurants o cafeteries properes. Si calia, baixava del cotxe per portar-nos al millor lloc per fer fotos i estava encantada d'ajudar-nos a fer-les.
