We had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our driver, Tegar, was very punctial and friendly, making the entire day enjoyable and stress-free. He went above and beyond to help our family, especially with our children. He was patient, accommodating, and always willing to assist, which made a huge difference throughout the day. The tour was well-organized, flexible and at our own pace. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

This was the perfect half-day tour for our family and one of the highlights of our time in Ubud. The itinerary was well planned, starting with a beautiful waterfall where our driver kindly guided us along the safest paths and helped us take some great family photos. We then visited the coffee plantation, which we really enjoyed, especially the tea and coffee tasting. The tour ended at the rice terraces, which were incredibly peaceful and the perfect way to relax. We also had one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten there—and we've had some fantastic pizza in Italy! Our driver was excellent. He drove safely, was friendly and knowledgeable, and had just the right amount of interaction—not too quiet, but not overly chatty either, which we really appreciated. Overall, this tour was an excellent value and a great way to experience some of Ubud's highlights. We would highly recommend it.

Vam tenir una experiència meravellosa al Tour Privat El Millor d'Ubud. L'itinerari va ser excel·lent, cobrint llocs bonics i icònics com el Bosc dels Micos, la Terrassa d'Arròs de Tegalalang, el Temple de Tirta Empul, la Cascada de Goa Rang Reng i la plantació de cafè. El tour estava ben organitzat i va proporcionar un gran equilibri entre cultura, natura i relaxació. Un agraïment especial al nostre conductor, Dede, per fer el viatge memorable. Va ser puntual, professional, amable i extremadament complaent durant tot el dia. Dede va compartir informació útil sobre les atraccions, va recomanar bons llocs per fer fotos i es va assegurar que estiguéssim còmodes a cada parada. Our day trip in Bali was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Tegar! He is incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and so easy to talk to throughout the day. He really went above and beyond for us—I accidentally lost my umbrella at the waterfall, and he actually managed to help me get it back! His positive energy and genuine helpfulness made the whole experience seamless and memorable. Highly recommend him!

En Made va ser el guia turístic més càlid i atent que vam conèixer a Bali. Ens va recollir a l'hotel d'hora al matí i va passar el trajecte presentant-nos la cultura balinesa, incloent-hi l'agricultura, la religió i les atraccions locals. Vam tenir moltes converses genials amb ell i realment vam poder veure com de amable i acollidor és Bali. Ens va portar a una bonica cascada i a les terrasses d'arròs, i la nostra parada preferida va ser la plantació de cafè. El personal allà era increïblement amable, i el cafè era tan únic… en vam comprar molt, jajaja! (esperem que algun dia conegui a Zhang Linghe, jajaja). Durant tot el viatge, en Made es va quedar amb nosaltres, ens va ajudar a fer fotos i no parava de dir-nos que "gaudíssim del nostre temps". Estem molt agraïts que afegís calidesa al nostre viatge a Bali. Li desitgem bona salut i tot el millor! Si visiteu Bali, us recomanem molt reservar aquest servei. Esperem que tingueu la sort de conèixer en Made també.

The tour guide/driver arrived at my hotel earlier than the schedule which I really appreciate. The tour was good and service is comfortable.

Vam visitar tres cascades, i cadascuna tenia la seva pròpia bellesa. Si veniu a Ubud, val la pena visitar-les! El guia va ser amable i servicial, i va escoltar les nostres peticions. La plantació de cafè tenia unes vistes precioses i el tast va ser molt satisfactori. També vam comprar cafè de record. Va ser una bona decisió reservar aquesta excursió!

This is the only day tour we booked in Bali and we certainly enjoyed it. It was convenient to have someone to drive us around for half a day instead of booking Grab & Gojek every time. Dede was very accommodating and tried his best to break the language barrier. He loaned us his umbrella when it started to rain at Tegallalang and not once did he make us feel that he was trying to pressure us to spend on something that we didn't want. He happily answered all the questions we had about Balinese life and Indonesian society (no politics, of course!) The coffee plantation wasn't our thing but it was entertaining to look at the cute cups

Un tour increïble i econòmic, a més la guia Mada és molt bona i col·laboradora. Vam gaudir molt i recomanem a tothom que el triï. La guia va ser fantàstica, ja que tot va anar molt bé.
