Creuer de dia amb dofins: Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top amb trasllat de luxe

És una excursió fantàstica a la badia de Ha Long. Està super organitzada de la A a la Z. La nit abans reps un missatge (en el nostre cas, per Whatsapp) amb el pla del dia, què es menjarà i a quina hora i on cal estar. L'excursió en si va ser genial; primer es visita una cova, després es pot anar en caiac o en barca i, finalment, nedar a la platja o pujar a un turó. Abans de les atraccions, hi havia un bufet que estava deliciós. El vaixell és molt estable, gairebé no es nota que s'està al mar. Hi ha una piscina i suficients lavabos i dutxes per a tothom (que sempre estaven molt nets). Tots els empleats són excel·lents, amables i molt servicials. Des del principi se t'assigna un guia turístic que acompanya un grup més petit per totes les atraccions; nosaltres vam tenir en Jack i va ser realment fantàstic. A més, també ens va atendre en Chris (al vaixell). Recomano molt reservar el bungalow addicional (per a més privacitat).

Our experience in the Dolphin Halong Cruise in Vietnam was nothing short of exceptional. We were looked after by the manager, Chris, who is outstanding in his job. He ensured every part of our journey ran seamlessly, from boarding to dining to our stay in the private bungalow. What impressed us most was his ability to anticipate needs before we even asked, creating a truly effortless and VIP experience. From pick up from hotel to the docking area to entrance in the cruise ship to our VIP buffet table and to our private bungalow with the most breathtaking view you could imagine. They saw at the registration that it was my mom's birthday and they surprised her with a cake accompanied by a birthday song from the performer. The food could feed a country by how many there is to choose from and it is just to die for! The amenities were top notch with a jacuzzi at the top deck, too. I cannot recommend this very new cruise ship enough. What an amazing experience!

Initially, we were a bit hesitant about doing just a day trip to Ha Long Bay, but the Dolphin Cruise completely changed our minds. This was the elevated, 6-star experience we were looking for during our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, it felt incredibly luxurious. ​The ship itself is stunning - especially the 360° panoramic lounge and the massive saltwater pool. We loved the buffet lunch (so many fresh seafood options!), and the sunset party with live music on the sundeck was the perfect romantic finale. If you’re on the fence about a day trip, book this one. It felt seamless, high-end, and absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to the crew for making our trip so special!

Recomanem encaridament el Dolphin Ha Long Cruise. Un tractament absolutament de 5 estrelles, ens van tractar com a reis tot el personal, però especialment en Chris, l'Andre i el nostre home Jack (mai el deixeu anar), l'increïble guia turístic de la família Jack. El bufet era enorme, amb varietat per a tothom. El menjar era tot fresc, ben presentat i deliciós. Les excursions estaven ben organitzades i el paisatge era excepcional. Finalment, aquest creuer és pur luxe. Vam passar el millor dia, gràcies a tot el personal.

From start to finish, the entire cruise experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile especially Cris. Every detail was well-organized, and they made sure all guests felt comfortable and informed about the daily activities. The cruise itself was absolutely stunning—clean, elegant, and very luxurious. The amenities, including the pool, cabana areas, and entertainment stage, were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere was both peaceful during the day and lively at night with great music and performances. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. Overall, it was an unforgettable trip. El meu amic i jo vam triar Dolphin perquè la seva excursió d'un dia cobria exactament les 3 illes que volíem visitar, fent que l'itinerari valgués totalment la pena. Un cop vam arribar al moll, vam quedar impressionats amb el vaixell. Estava impecable, i el gerent Chris va mencionar que només té 7 mesos! Gràcies Chris i el nostre guia James i l'equip van ser molt acollidors i van fer una feina fantàstica ensenyant-nos sobre cada lloc. A més, el dinar bufet era bo. 10/10 el recomano a tothom!

El nostre guia turístic, Jack, va ser fantàstic! Realment va tenir cura de nosaltres de principi a fi, assegurant-se que tothom estigués còmode i segur. Ens va portar a llocs meravellosos —alguns punts destacats ben coneguts i algunes joies amagades que mai hauríem trobat sols. L'horari es va explicar clarament, així que sempre sabíem què esperar i mai ens vam sentir apressats. La seva atenció als detalls i la seva amabilitat genuïna van fer que tot el viatge fos sense estrès i memorable. Molt recomanable!

Our day cruise was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire experience was very well organized, making it completely stress-free and enjoyable. The cruise itself was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views throughout the journey. The staff deserves special appreciation — extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food served on board was delicious, fresh, and well presented, with a good variety for everyone. The itinerary was perfectly planned, giving enough time to relax, enjoy the scenery, take photos, and truly soak in the experience without feeling rushed. This day cruise turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Our guides Fatima and July were very attentive and always making sure that we are enjoying everything. Really appreciate her!!! Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a relaxing yet memorable day on the water. Worth every moment!

A Beautiful curated experience! We booked one day prior and faced no hassle! There was on time pickup from our doorstep , transport was top notch, lunch was delicious and much more! Fathima helped us get our bearings on the cruise and helped us with our itinerary! We chose to visit the cave and do kayaking and skipped Titop island to relax on the beautiful cruise pool....It was lovely experience altogether and the great weather helped too! Will definitely recommend to others to experience this cruise!

El personal va ser molt complaent, especialment el seu gerent, el Sr. Chris, i l'encantadora guia de parla anglesa, Chris. Jo viatjava sola, però van estar pendents de mi en tot moment. També van atendre la meva petició de guardar el meu equipatge de mà, ja que venia directament de Sapa. Les instal·lacions del creuer, el menjar i les atraccions de la ruta van ser fantàstiques. M'encanta l'ambient acollidor del restaurant i el concert animat de la tarda. Realment val la pena el preu.
