Creuer de dia Iris: Badia de Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We booked Iris Cruise without really knowing what to expect, but we ended up having a wonderful experience. Everything was very well organised, from the comfortable limousine pickup in Hanoi with massage seats to the cruise itself. A special mention to Long, the boat manager, who was extremely helpful, guided us throughout the trip, and kept everything fun and entertaining. The lunch was also very good, with a great variety of dishes. The boat is beautiful, the itinerary was well planned, and the overall service was excellent. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend Iris Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

Aquesta va ser la nostra primera vegada en un creuer, i sincerament, va ser una experiència molt divertida i emocionant tant per a mi com per al meu marit. El vaixell era preciós i molt net, el bufet era deliciós amb moltes opcions, i tot el personal era molt amable. Una menció especial per al guia turístic; super divertit, entretingut, mai avorrit, i un gran avantatge: era increïble fent fotos! El paisatge era absolutament impressionant, i el creuer no estava gens massificat, així que vam poder gaudir realment del vaixell. Fins i tot hi havia un jacuzzi disponible de forma gratuïta, cosa que va ser genial —llàstima que ens vam oblidar de portar els nostres vestits de bany 😅 En general, va ser una experiència fantàstica amb Iris Cruise!❤️

I spent a wonderful day today at Iris Day Cruise , what an excellent way to start the new year 2026 🎊🎉🥳. The Cruise is Luxurious, offers a very well planned and timely managed tour. I had availed the Limoscine pickup service, the Jacuzzi on cruise , Banana boat ride offered by the cruise and it was perfect. There are multiple food options, Indians can find 5 combo options as well, the cuisines were delicious and filling, free and paid drinks are available. When you hop on this cruise don't miss the live DJ and entertainment in the evening , a must with the scenic beauty of Ha Long Bay from the rooftop. I would really like to Appreciate the Manager Chris for the excellent management , he is very humble , curtascios and helpful. The English tour guide Tom was also helpful and very informative for us to know the history and legends of Ha long bay. Guys please keep this cruise tour in your bucket list of Vietnam visit, what a beautiful country, Happy New Year 🎊🥳

Very relaxing and enjoyable trip. We were really pleased that there is free pick up available from our hotel, and the whole journey to the cruise ship was comfortable. The cruise itself was very smooth and enjoyable too. We enjoy the facilities on the boat (jacuzzi), and the buffet food was nice too (except the desserts, some unfortunately had a strange taste). Itinerary wise, it was a very well planned trip. We arrived quite early (before other people from other cruises), so it was nice to be the only group in Ha Long Bay, Su Sot Cave and Ti Top Mountain. We were pleasantly surprised that we get a free keychain with our pictures taken inside the Su Sot Cave for free! Our english tour guide, Long, was very helpful and explained everything well to us. There was also snacks, Happy Hour and Live music entertainment to end the day which makes the day even more enjoyable. Overall, would highly recommend this tour to friends, value for money!

在6月底參加活動，除了很熱之外其他都很棒。（建議比較涼快的季節來）出發時發生小插曲，因為司機沒有說明，看到其他乘客都下車我也跟著下車，發現自己下錯站後馬上聯絡服務人員，服務人員非常專業馬上幫我安排另一台車接送，回程還安排我到住宿地點下車（我住離市中心很遠，沒有額外收費）隨船中文導遊很棒，每個景點都會詳細解說，有問必答，也會幫忙拍照，船上遇到問題也熱心幫忙解決，會推薦給朋友。

wow what a fantastic day, Fatima is a true star and is such a great host, everyone was well looked after. the service and food was excellent and the size of the tour is just perfect. you will not go hungry there was plenty of tasty food all prepared by a great chef who knows his game. lots of fun with great music and entertainment was a bonus. staff were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to keep everyone looked after. I was very impressed with the value of the entire day.

L'experiència general va ser realment relaxant. És un creuer amb un nombre limitat de persones i reps una atenció i seguretat perfectes per part dels membres, cosa que et fa sentir la relaxació durant tot el trajecte. El creuer és a prop i també ho és el menjar. A més, són organitzats i puntuals, donant prou temps per explorar cada lloc. Molt recomanable si busqueu un viatge tranquil per mar a la badia de Halong.

El creuer Iris va ser una experiència excepcional de principi a fi. El menjar era excel·lent, incloent-hi sashimi fresc. El personal va ser atent i amable, i les instal·lacions, inclosos els lavabos, estaven impecablement netes. El jacuzzi a bord va afegir un toc de luxe. El nostre guia turístic va ser professional, ben informat i va explicar-ho tot amb claredat. La recollida directa a l'hotel va ser puntual, i la limusina de luxe, amb seients de massatge, va fer que el viatge fos excepcionalment còmode.
