One of the best cruise. It was an amazing amazing experience with them. Please request for Henry as your Tour Guide, you’ll have a lot of fun with him. He is too good at what he does. Spectacular service! The yatch is very new and clean bathroom (I'm very sensitive with dirty one) We're have Henry as our tour guide, very informative about Hanoi , funny , calm very helpful . We had a great experience with Hercules Grand Luxury Cruise in Ha Long Bay. Despite the very hot weather, we still enjoyed the whole trip—from relaxing on the cruise to the fun activities like hiking and kayaking. would like to give special praise to my guide of the day, Nam, who take the trouble to contact me 1 day prior to my trip. informed me about the bus eta and what to bring. really appreciate his service throughout the tour. overall the scenery are beautiful, great food, friendly cruise staff, and a well-planned itinerary. The views from Ti Tov Island were incredible, and the cave visit was impressive. Everything ran smoothly, making it a stress-free and enjoyable day. We really enjoyed our first tour in Vietnam. Halong Bay Cruise as our first destination was magnificent. From the pick-up point till the day-end our tour guide Ken has been our super host. He is funny and very dedicated to his guest. Food was great and even had the afternoon tea. We didn’t get tired, we enjoyed and had fun and very happy. Its all worth it. Free pickup. First stop: pearl farm (30 mins, no forced buying). Cruise lunch and snacks were decent (drinks extra). Stopped at 3 spots—swimming or a 10-min hike for a great Halong Bay view. Tip: Bring water, summer is hot! Our guide, Jason, met us at the hotel lobby, led the way, and bought all our tickets. He always made it clear if there were any extra costs, so we could just relax. Super friendly and helpful!
Bé que ho sàpigues
Per ser respectuosos amb el medi ambient, les ampolles de plàstic no estan permeses a l'embarcació, segons la direcció de la badia de Ha Long. Els hostes poden utilitzar ampolles reutilitzables.
El caiac pot mullar la roba i el telèfon/càmera, per la qual cosa s’aconsella als hostes que portin una muda de roba i una bossa impermeable per protegir el seu telèfon. Els nens han de tenir més de 10 anys i mesurar més de 130 cm per participar en caiac. Els adults que pesin més de 100 kg no poden participar en caiac.
Com que la badia de Ha Long sempre està plena de turistes, l'horari es podria canviar una mica per evitar les aglomeracions. Sempre fem tot el possible per assegurar-nos que tingueu la millor experiència.
